湖北省高等職業(yè)教育與地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的協(xié)調(diào)性研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,中國經(jīng)濟持續(xù)快速平穩(wěn)增長。經(jīng)濟總量位居世界前列,湖北省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展更是取得了可喜成績。另外,根據(jù)國家相關(guān)政策,要求大力發(fā)展高等職業(yè)教育。教育是支撐經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要因素之一,而高等職業(yè)教育為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展培養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)、管理、服務(wù)一線的高等技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才,對促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展有舉足輕重的作用。隨著湖北省經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟增長方式的逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷調(diào)整,促進高等職業(yè)教育與經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展顯得尤為重要。只有正確認識并協(xié)調(diào)好高等職業(yè)教育與地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關(guān)系,才能有效發(fā)揮高等職業(yè)教育對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的能動作用;才能保證高等職業(yè)教育健康合理的發(fā)展,從而更好地為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展服務(wù)。這就要求我們應(yīng)遵循高等職業(yè)教育與地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展之間的規(guī)律,使二者互相促進,相互融合,形成良性循環(huán)。 論文以湖北省地區(qū)高等職業(yè)教育內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)因素與地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的協(xié)調(diào)性為研究對象,從客觀上闡述湖北省高等職業(yè)教育與地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系。首先,緒論包括問題的提出、研究目的與意義、研究對象與內(nèi)容、文獻綜述與研究的主要方法的分析。其次是理論探討,包括界定相關(guān)核心概念,闡述論文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)及分析國家相關(guān)政策依據(jù)。然后是對湖北省高等職業(yè)教育內(nèi)部要素及協(xié)調(diào)性分析,包括高等職業(yè)教育結(jié)構(gòu)要素及運行狀況的協(xié)調(diào)性分析。而湖北省高等職業(yè)教育結(jié)構(gòu)要素及協(xié)調(diào)性分析包括高等職業(yè)教育機構(gòu)、教師及專業(yè)設(shè)置等方面;湖北省高等職業(yè)教育的運行及協(xié)調(diào)性分析包括發(fā)展規(guī)模、教育效益、培養(yǎng)環(huán)節(jié)及財政投入等方面;通過描述性分析看出,湖北省高等職業(yè)教育內(nèi)部要素和運行情況處于較協(xié)調(diào)平穩(wěn)的發(fā)展狀態(tài)。通過分析看出,湖北省高等職業(yè)教育結(jié)構(gòu)要素發(fā)展、效益實現(xiàn)程度協(xié)調(diào)。但是發(fā)展過程中存在諸多需要改進的地方,湖北省高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展規(guī)模及管理有待進一步協(xié)調(diào),財政投入機制需進一步完善。湖北省高等職業(yè)教育規(guī)模、增長速度、學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展規(guī)模、增長速度、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)性分析,分析過程中采用了SPSS、EXCEL等統(tǒng)計分析工具,皮爾遜相關(guān)性分析工具。通過分析得出,相比全國平均水平,湖北省高等職業(yè)教育規(guī)模、增長速度、學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展規(guī)模、增長速度、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)處于欠協(xié)調(diào)的發(fā)展水平上,湖北省高等職業(yè)教育與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展規(guī)模密切相關(guān)。湖北省高等職業(yè)教育規(guī)模增長速度、學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展增長速度、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的符合度較低,原因是多方面的。針對湖北省高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展中存在的諸多問題,結(jié)合湖北省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的實際情況提出以下策略:樹立湖北省高等職業(yè)教育協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展新觀念、建立政府有效參與機制、建立高等職業(yè)教育協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展機制等,希望為促進湖北省高等職業(yè)教育與地方經(jīng)濟的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展獻計獻策。最后,結(jié)語部分包括研究主要結(jié)論、創(chuàng)新之處及相關(guān)研究展望。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Chinese economy sustained a rapid and steady growth. The total economy in the world, the economic development of Hubei province has made gratifying achievements. In addition, according to the requirements of relevant national policies, the development of higher occupation education. Education is one of the important factors of supporting economic development, and the higher occupation education training for the economic development of production and management. Higher technology applied talents service line, plays an important role in promoting economic development. With the rapid economic development of Hubei Province, the transformation of the economic growth pattern and industrial structure adjustment constantly, promote the coordinated development of higher occupation education and economy is particularly important. Only the correct understanding and the relationship between higher education and occupation. Economic development, in order to effectively play the dynamic role of higher occupation education on economic development; in order to ensure the higher occupation to teach Yu Jiankang We should develop rationally so as to better serve the economic development. This requires us to follow the law between higher vocational education and local economic development, so that the two can promote each other and integrate each other, forming a virtuous circle.
The coordination factors in Hubei province within the region structure of higher occupation education and local economic development as the research object, describes the coordination between the Hubei Province Higher Occupation Education and local economic development objectively. Firstly, the introduction including the problem, research purpose and significance, research object and content analysis method, literature review and research the. The second is to study the theory, including the core concepts, expounds the theoretical basis of the study and analysis of national policy basis. Then is the analysis of the Hubei province higher education occupation internal factors and coordination, including the analysis of the coordination of higher occupation education structure and operation status. The Hubei Province Higher Education occupation structure elements and the analysis of coordination between institutions of higher education including occupation, teachers and professional settings; Hubei province higher education occupation operation and coordination. The analysis includes the scale of development, educational benefits, training links and financial input; through descriptive analysis, Hubei Province Higher Occupation Education internal factors and operation in a coordinated and smooth development. Through the analysis, Hubei province higher occupation education structure elements of development, benefit the realization degree of coordination. But in the development process there are many the place needs to be improved, Hubei province higher occupation education development scale and management need to be further coordinated, fiscal investment mechanism needs to be further improved. The Hubei province higher occupation education scale, growth rate, discipline structure and economic development scale, growth rate, analysis of the coordination of industrial structure, the analysis process using SPSS, EXCEL statistical analysis the tool, Pearson correlation analysis tools. Through the analysis, compared to the national average, Hubei province higher occupation education scale, growth speed The degree of economic development, subject structure and scale, growth rate, industrial structure is less coordinated development level, the development of Hubei higher education and occupation scale economy is closely related to the scale of higher occupation education in Hubei province. The growth rate, discipline structure and economic development speed, industrial structure with a low degree of many reasons. Aiming at the problems existing in the development of higher occupation education in Hubei Province, combined with the actual situation of the economic development of Hubei province put forward the following strategies: a new idea to establish the coordinated development of higher occupation education in Hubei Province, the government set up effective participation mechanism, establish the coordinated development mechanism of higher occupation education, hope and suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of higher education to economic occupation and the place in Hubei province. Finally, the conclusion part includes the main research conclusions, innovation and research prospects.
