【摘要】：專(zhuān)業(yè)質(zhì)量保證體系是高職院校內(nèi)部質(zhì)量保證體系的核心內(nèi)容。文章針對(duì)農(nóng)科高職專(zhuān)業(yè)精準(zhǔn)定位難、生源質(zhì)量保證難、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)構(gòu)建難、教學(xué)過(guò)程調(diào)控難等難點(diǎn)提出強(qiáng)化專(zhuān)業(yè)質(zhì)量保證體系建設(shè)的措施,主要包括:完善專(zhuān)業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整機(jī)制,提高目標(biāo)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的精準(zhǔn)度;建立"三鏈"對(duì)接機(jī)制,提升專(zhuān)業(yè)資源建設(shè)水平;創(chuàng)新政行校企協(xié)同育人機(jī)制,升級(jí)人才培養(yǎng)支持服務(wù)體系;優(yōu)化"三全"質(zhì)量控制機(jī)制,規(guī)范質(zhì)量生成過(guò)程;健全專(zhuān)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)反饋機(jī)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)質(zhì)量的持續(xù)改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:The specialty quality assurance system is the core content of the internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges. Some difficult points such as difficulty in controlling teaching process, and so on, put forward some measures to strengthen the construction of professional quality assurance system, including: perfecting the mechanism of dynamic adjustment of specialty, improving the precision of target standard, establishing the "three-chain" docking mechanism, improving the level of professional resources construction, and so on. We should innovate the cooperative education mechanism between the government and the enterprises, upgrade the personnel training support service system, optimize the "three complete" quality control mechanism, standardize the quality generation process, perfect the feedback mechanism of professional evaluation, and realize the continuous improvement of the teaching quality.
