【摘要】：新世紀(jì)以來,德國聯(lián)邦政府主要采取預(yù)測職業(yè)資格需求,了解企業(yè)實(shí)際用工需求;擴(kuò)大學(xué)徒崗位規(guī)模,滿足企業(yè)人才穩(wěn)定需求;落實(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)貼政策,降低企業(yè)節(jié)約成本需求等途徑,來促進(jìn)企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育的積極性。我國在促進(jìn)企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育時可借鑒德國經(jīng)驗,以勞動力市場需求研究和預(yù)測為基礎(chǔ),形成職業(yè)教育科學(xué)發(fā)展思路;以構(gòu)建適合我國國情的現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制度為核心,形成職業(yè)教育和諧發(fā)展態(tài)勢;以改稅費(fèi)減免為成本補(bǔ)貼的經(jīng)費(fèi)鼓勵機(jī)制為手段,形成職業(yè)教育良性發(fā)展環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Since the new century, the Federal Government of Germany has mainly adopted to predict the demand for vocational qualifications, to understand the actual demand for employment in enterprises, to expand the scale of apprenticeship posts, to meet the stable demand for talents in enterprises, and to implement the policy of economic subsidies. In order to promote the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in vocational education, we can draw lessons from the experience of Germany and base on the research and prediction of labor market demand in order to reduce the cost saving demand of enterprises in order to promote the participation of enterprises in vocational education. Forming the scientific development thinking of vocational education, taking the construction of modern apprenticeship system suitable for China's national conditions as the core, forming the harmonious development situation of vocational education, taking the reform of tax and fee reduction as the cost subsidy mechanism as the means, To form a sound environment for the development of vocational education.
