STC理念與高職院校職業(yè)指導(dǎo)策略的變革

【摘要】:職業(yè)指導(dǎo)即對(duì)個(gè)體求職行為的指導(dǎo),在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中是一種普遍的社會(huì)現(xiàn)象,也是溝通求職者和用人單位、教育部門(mén)和社會(huì)的有效途徑。高職院校的職業(yè)指導(dǎo)是高職院校不可或缺的一項(xiàng)工作,STC為探討高職院校職業(yè)指導(dǎo)提供了一個(gè)恰當(dāng)?shù)囊暯�。興起于美國(guó)的STC即School to Career,指學(xué)校到生涯的過(guò)渡,其核心內(nèi)涵包括終身職業(yè)教育、全民職業(yè)教育、關(guān)注學(xué)生個(gè)體發(fā)展、加強(qiáng)與企業(yè)界合作、課程整合等幾個(gè)方面。當(dāng)前高職院校的職業(yè)指導(dǎo)在價(jià)值、途徑、內(nèi)容和效果上都有一些特殊的表現(xiàn)。從STC的視角來(lái)看,當(dāng)前高職院校職業(yè)指導(dǎo)存在一定的問(wèn)題,如職業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作未能貫穿大學(xué)生活始終,職業(yè)指導(dǎo)未能實(shí)現(xiàn)全員參與,課程整合意識(shí)失落,缺乏個(gè)性化的職業(yè)指導(dǎo),校企合作層次淺顯等。基于STC理念可以建立一個(gè)較完整的高職職業(yè)指導(dǎo)策略體系,這一體系包括:建立一支專業(yè)化的職業(yè)指導(dǎo)師資隊(duì)伍,基于個(gè)體差異開(kāi)展個(gè)性化職業(yè)指導(dǎo)服務(wù),突出職業(yè)指導(dǎo)的社會(huì)性和實(shí)踐性,強(qiáng)調(diào)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)的全程性并滲透終身教育理念等,這是一種職業(yè)指導(dǎo)策略的變革。
[Abstract]:Vocational guidance is the guidance of individual job seeking behavior, which is a common social phenomenon in modern society, and also a communication between job seekers and employers. The effective way of education department and society. The vocational guidance of higher vocational colleges is an indispensable job for higher vocational colleges to provide a suitable angle of view for the discussion of vocational guidance in higher vocational colleges. The transition from school to life, Its core connotation includes lifelong vocational education, vocational education for the whole people, paying attention to the individual development of students, strengthening cooperation with enterprises, integrating courses, etc. At present, the vocational guidance of higher vocational colleges is of value and way. From the perspective of STC, there are some problems in vocational guidance in higher vocational colleges, such as the failure of career guidance to run through college life, and the failure of career guidance to achieve full participation. Curriculum integration consciousness is lost, lack of individualized career guidance, cooperation level between school and enterprise, etc. Based on the idea of STC, we can establish a more complete vocational guidance strategy system in higher vocational education. This system includes: establishing a specialized teaching staff of vocational guidance, carrying out individualized vocational guidance services based on individual differences, highlighting the sociality and practicality of vocational guidance, It is a change of career guidance strategy to emphasize the whole process of vocational guidance and permeate the concept of lifelong education.
