【摘要】：圍繞中高職教育如何實現(xiàn)有效銜接的問題,對以汕頭職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院為中心的高職學(xué)制運行和汕頭市中職學(xué)校的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀以及銜接情況進行深入了調(diào)研,其結(jié)論為:高職教育階段的學(xué)習(xí)制度實施情況理想,學(xué)習(xí)效果的自我評估良好;中職學(xué)生的升學(xué)意愿更趨內(nèi)在化;實習(xí)實訓(xùn)課程的建設(shè)與銜接形式的多樣化成為中高職學(xué)生的共同期待。強化高職院校引領(lǐng),深化實訓(xùn)教學(xué)一體化建設(shè)和明確人才培養(yǎng)層次可為中高職實現(xiàn)有效銜接提供策略選擇。
[Abstract]:Focus on how to achieve effective convergence in vocational education, the higher vocational educational system operation as the center of the Shantou Polytechnic and Shantou city secondary school teaching situation and convergence of in-depth research, the conclusion is: the condition of ideal implementation stage of higher vocational education learning system, to study the effect of self assessment is good; more internalization of Vocational Students' intention students; diverse forms of construction and practice of curriculum cohesion has become the common expectation of higher vocational students. Higher vocational colleges strengthen the leading, deepening the training level in higher vocational colleges can provide strategies for effective convergence and integration of education and construction of training clear talent.
