【摘要】：電商人才短缺掣肘著電商扶貧在武陵山片區(qū)的成效。面對(duì)武陵山片區(qū)職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)有的條件與制度、布局與認(rèn)知的障礙,需要通過精準(zhǔn)識(shí)別、精準(zhǔn)運(yùn)行和精準(zhǔn)監(jiān)管,利用職業(yè)教育在職業(yè)培養(yǎng)、就業(yè)培訓(xùn)和創(chuàng)業(yè)指導(dǎo)上的功能優(yōu)勢,培養(yǎng)電商人才,實(shí)現(xiàn)滿足市場需求、完成政策要求、回應(yīng)實(shí)踐訴求的目標(biāo),以提升武陵山片區(qū)電商精準(zhǔn)扶貧效能。同時(shí),應(yīng)從師資流、資金流和物資流三個(gè)維度為職業(yè)教育電商精準(zhǔn)扶貧提供保障。
[Abstract]:The shortage of e-commerce businessmen has hampered the effectiveness of e-commerce in helping the poor in the Wulingshan region. In the face of the existing conditions and systems, layout and cognitive obstacles of vocational education in the Wulingshan region, it is necessary to pass precision identification, accurate operation and precision supervision. Taking advantage of the functional advantages of vocational education in vocational training, employment training and entrepreneurial guidance, we can cultivate the talents of electric merchants, achieve the goal of meeting the market demand, fulfilling the policy requirements, and responding to the demands of practice. In order to improve the efficiency of precision poverty alleviation in Wulingshan area, the three dimensions of teacher flow, capital flow and material flow should provide guarantee for the precision poverty alleviation of vocational education e-commerce.
