高職院校教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)問題及其對(duì)策

【摘要】:高職院校教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)一直是教育討論的熱點(diǎn)。從高職院校教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵與結(jié)構(gòu)入手,對(duì)高職院校教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀問題進(jìn)行了分析,目前我國(guó)高職院校的教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)仍然存在著師資隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、教育理念滯后、教師個(gè)體素質(zhì)不完善、職業(yè)技能不強(qiáng)、科研意識(shí)較差等問題,并針對(duì)問題提出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策。如優(yōu)化師資隊(duì)伍、提升教育理念、完善教師培訓(xùn)、增強(qiáng)科研意識(shí)等,進(jìn)一步提高高職教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng),提升高職教育質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Higher Vocational College Teachers' professional quality education has been a hot discussion. From the connotation of Higher Vocational College Teachers' professional quality and structure, the present situation of Higher Vocational College Teachers' professional quality is analyzed, the professional quality of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges of our country still exists the unreasonable structure of teaching staff, education idea lags behind, the quality of individual teachers is not perfect occupation, skill, scientific research consciousness is poor, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems. Such as the optimization of teachers, enhance the education idea, improve teacher training, enhance the consciousness of scientific research, to further improve the professional quality of teachers in higher vocational education, improve the quality of higher vocational education.
