【摘要】：21世紀(jì)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展,市場經(jīng)濟(jì)深入人心,職業(yè)教育同企業(yè)的結(jié)合越來越密切,職業(yè)教育已是社會發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)。中等職業(yè)教育是我國高中階段教育的重要組成部分,其教育目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)與社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)要求相適應(yīng)的德智體美全面發(fā)展的具有綜合職業(yè)能力、在生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)、技術(shù)、管理和服務(wù)一線工作的高素質(zhì)勞動者和中、初級專門人才。 隨著中職教育的迅猛發(fā)展,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校在校生人數(shù)快速增加,生源的素質(zhì)、特點也發(fā)生了很大變化,這給中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的建設(shè)和發(fā)展帶來了新的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。 論文以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向出發(fā),對中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作的國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀和存在問題等方面進(jìn)行了梳理,對進(jìn)一步加強中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作的內(nèi)涵、目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容以及所需要的政策保障、體制機制保障方面進(jìn)行了理論闡述和實踐研究。 論文共分五章： 第一章：前言部分,主要討論了以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向的中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作問題的背景以及論文的研究意義、研究內(nèi)容、研究方法、國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀等。 第二章：對中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作的現(xiàn)狀和問題進(jìn)行了綜述,包括中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作的目的、內(nèi)容、形式和存在問題。 第三章：針對國外校企合作的特點,結(jié)合我國中等職業(yè)校企合作發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,對我國中等職業(yè)校企合作的發(fā)展的反思和啟迪。 第四章：根據(jù)以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向的理念,對中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作的內(nèi)涵、目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容等方面進(jìn)行了實踐研究,提出構(gòu)想。 第五章：對以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向的中等職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作未來發(fā)展的保障措施提出思考,包括政策保障、信任保障和監(jiān)督保障等方面。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, with the rapid development of economy and market economy, the combination of vocational education and enterprises is getting closer and closer. Vocational education has become an important foundation of social development. Secondary vocational education is an important part of high school education in our country. Its educational goal is to cultivate the comprehensive professional ability of moral, intellectual, physical, physical and aesthetic development that is in line with the requirements of socialist modernization, and to work in the production, construction, technology, management and service front line of high-quality laborers and workers. Junior specialists. With the rapid development of secondary vocational education, the number of students in secondary vocational schools has increased rapidly, and the quality and characteristics of students have changed greatly, which has brought new opportunities and challenges to the construction and development of secondary vocational schools. Based on the guidance of employment, this paper combs the current research situation and existing problems of the cooperation between secondary vocational schools and enterprises at home and abroad, and further strengthens the connotation and goal of the cooperation between secondary vocational schools and enterprises. The content, the needed policy guarantee, the system mechanism guarantee aspect has carried on the theory elaboration and the practice research. The thesis is divided into five chapters:. The first chapter: the preface, mainly discusses the background, the research content, the research method and the domestic and foreign research status of the employment-oriented secondary vocational school school-enterprise cooperation. The second chapter summarizes the current situation and problems of the cooperation between secondary vocational schools and enterprises, including the purpose, content, form and existing problems of the cooperation between secondary vocational schools and enterprises. The third chapter: according to the characteristics of the cooperation between foreign schools and enterprises, combined with the development of secondary vocational schools and enterprises in China, reflect on and enlighten the development of the cooperation of secondary vocational schools and enterprises in our country. Chapter 4th: according to the employment-oriented concept, this paper makes a practical study on the connotation, goal and content of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools, and puts forward some ideas. Chapter 5th: thinking about the guarantee measures of the future development of the employment-oriented secondary vocational school cooperation, including policy guarantee, trust guarantee and supervision guarantee.
