【摘要】：大學(xué)生就業(yè)一直以來(lái)都是高校和社會(huì)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)話題，，隨著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的轉(zhuǎn)變，國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，大學(xué)生的整體就業(yè)形勢(shì)發(fā)生了轉(zhuǎn)變。黨和政府高度重視大學(xué)生的就業(yè)形勢(shì)和就業(yè)情況，采取了一系列舉措促進(jìn)大學(xué)生就業(yè)，高校自身也非常重視大學(xué)生的就業(yè)工作，同時(shí)也在積極努力的完善大學(xué)生就業(yè)體系和制度，為畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)提供支持和保障。 高等教育的快速發(fā)展為遼寧建筑職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院的發(fā)展帶了前所未有的機(jī)遇。學(xué)院在發(fā)展的同時(shí)也認(rèn)識(shí)到了機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存，隨著學(xué)院學(xué)生數(shù)量的逐年增加，引發(fā)的學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題也隨之出現(xiàn)，學(xué)生在就業(yè)的過(guò)程中遇到了各式各樣的問(wèn)題和障礙，就業(yè)的前景不樂(lè)觀和就業(yè)難度加大。學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為學(xué)院的工作的重點(diǎn)和中心。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)遼寧建筑職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院學(xué)生就業(yè)環(huán)境、就業(yè)因素、就業(yè)中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行闡述和分析，結(jié)合學(xué)院客觀實(shí)際，將學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題作為一個(gè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行研究，既有針對(duì)性又顯實(shí)效性。針對(duì)學(xué)生就業(yè)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提出解決問(wèn)題的具體對(duì)策，著重從建立適合自身發(fā)展的人才培養(yǎng)模式、依托行業(yè)特色進(jìn)行專業(yè)設(shè)置、完善就業(yè)體系中就業(yè)指導(dǎo)機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、完善就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程的設(shè)置和革新、建設(shè)一支高水平就業(yè)指導(dǎo)教師隊(duì)伍五個(gè)方面保障就業(yè)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)，使遼寧建筑職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院學(xué)生就業(yè)順應(yīng)就業(yè)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展形勢(shì)，保障畢業(yè)生順利就業(yè)。
[Abstract]:The employment of college students has always been a hot topic of concern in universities and society. With the transformation of the market economy system in China, the national economy has developed rapidly. The overall employment situation of college students has changed. The Party and the government attach great importance to the employment situation and employment of college students. They have taken a series of measures to promote the employment of college students, and colleges and universities themselves have also attached great importance to the employment of college students. At the same time, we are actively improving the employment system and system of college students to provide support and guarantee for the employment of graduates. The rapid development of higher education brings an unprecedented opportunity for the development of Liaoning Institute of Architecture and Technology. The problem of students' employment has also appeared, students have met various problems and obstacles in the process of employment, the prospect of employment is not optimistic and the difficulty of employment has increased. The problem of students' employment has become the focus and center of the work of the college. In this paper, the students' employment environment, employment factors, employment problems in Liaoning Institute of Architecture and Technology are expounded and analyzed, and the students' employment problem is studied as a project in combination with the objective reality of the college. Aiming at the problems of students' employment, this paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures to solve the problems, focusing on the establishment of a talent training model suitable for their own development and the specialty setting based on the characteristics of the industry. Perfect the employment guidance organization in the employment system, perfect the establishment and innovation of the employment guidance curriculum, build a high level of employment guidance teachers to ensure the realization of the employment goal. The employment of students in Liaoning Institute of Architectural Technology conforms to the development of the employment market and ensures the smooth employment of graduates.
