【摘要】：文章指出,當前基于崗位職業(yè)能力提升的課程開發(fā)存在著理論體系單一、開發(fā)主體動力受制、基于實踐專家訪談會所提出的典型工作任務(wù)系統(tǒng)性不足、課程實施層面教師的"話語權(quán)"萎縮、課程資源建設(shè)缺乏有效性和可持續(xù)性的合理制度保障等問題,為此,建議應(yīng)在科學(xué)主義的基礎(chǔ)上融入人文主義的課程開發(fā)理念,變革職業(yè)院校從上到下的單一維度管理關(guān)系,變管理為服務(wù),讓教師主動作為、回到工作現(xiàn)場、提煉典型工作任務(wù)、確定課程內(nèi)容,提升教師在課程實施過程中的資源配置權(quán)限,雙向多元地推進課程資源建設(shè)等,從而促進課程開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:The paper points out that the current curriculum development based on the promotion of post professional ability has a single theoretical system, the main motivation of the development is restricted, and the typical work tasks put forward by the practice expert interview club are not systematic enough. At the level of curriculum implementation, teachers'"discourse power" shrinks and curriculum resources construction lacks reasonable institutional guarantee of effectiveness and sustainability. Therefore, it is suggested that humanism should be integrated into curriculum development concept on the basis of scientism. Change the single dimension management relationship from top to bottom in vocational colleges, change management into service, let teachers take the initiative, return to the work site, refine typical work tasks, determine curriculum content, In order to promote curriculum development, teachers should be given the authority to allocate resources in the course of curriculum implementation, and the construction of curriculum resources should be promoted in both directions and plural ways.
