【摘要】：師生關(guān)系是一種極為重要的人際關(guān)系，在人所處的各種社會關(guān)系中占有重要地位，而高職院校的師生關(guān)系是當代師生關(guān)系的重要組成部分。高職院校里師生關(guān)系是否和諧，不僅關(guān)系著學生的學習效率和身心發(fā)展，更關(guān)系著學校的教學質(zhì)量和競爭能力。同時，高職院校作為為社會培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)專業(yè)化職業(yè)技能人才的高等學府，，承擔著為社會輸出高質(zhì)量技能人才的重要責任，在人才就是生產(chǎn)力的當今社會，研究如何構(gòu)建高職院校和諧師生關(guān)系顯得十分必要。 全文主體分為四部分。 第一部分，高職院校和諧師生關(guān)系的概念和特點。這一部分界定了師生關(guān)系、高職院校和諧師生關(guān)系等文中多次出現(xiàn)的概念，歸納總結(jié)出高職院校和諧生關(guān)系的具體特點。所謂高職院校和諧師生關(guān)系即在高職院校里，教師與學生之間建立起協(xié)調(diào)和睦的師生人際關(guān)系。高職院校和諧師生關(guān)系是一種人格上平等、學習上相互促進的親密無間的朋友式關(guān)系。其特點為以教授知識為基礎(chǔ)，更注重技能傳授；學生實訓課程占較大比例，師生交流機會較多；相對于本科院校的教學模式，職業(yè)院校更需要教師言傳身教等三方面特點。這部分為后文的展開討論做好了必要的鋪墊。 第二部分，構(gòu)建高職院校和諧師生關(guān)系的重要意義。本部分深入探討了構(gòu)建高職院校和諧師生關(guān)系的重要意義，即在滿足學生成長需要方面，有助于滿足學生對知識技能的學習和健康成長的需要；在滿足學校建設(shè)需要方面，有助于滿足提高教學質(zhì)量、加強對學生管理、提升學校綜合競爭力的需要；在滿足社會發(fā)展需要方面，有利于滿足傳承中華民族的優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化精髓、為社會培養(yǎng)高技能高素質(zhì)的專業(yè)化人才、改善社會中日漸冷漠的人際關(guān)系、促進社會主義和諧社會的全面建設(shè)的需要。這部分為后文詳細討論奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 第三部分，高職院校師生關(guān)系存在的問題和原因分析。當前社會背景下，高職院校師生關(guān)系普遍存在著師生間缺乏學術(shù)及感情交流、交流內(nèi)容單一且方式落后、交往趨向功利化、存在多元矛盾等問題。針對這些問題，本文分析歸納了產(chǎn)生這些問題的成因，即學生整體素質(zhì)較低、教師水平和能力有待提高、學校德育工作有待加強、教育體制存在缺陷、社會環(huán)境造成不良影響等五方面因素，為后文展開一系列討論指明了方向。 第四部分，高職院校和諧師生關(guān)系的構(gòu)建策略。首先，提出了高職院校和諧師生關(guān)系的構(gòu)建目標，是要構(gòu)建學術(shù)和諧型、情感和諧型以及教學相長型的和諧師生關(guān)系。其次，列舉了高職院校和諧師生關(guān)系的構(gòu)建原則，即民主平等、尊重理解、互助合作的三大原則。最后，討論了高職院校構(gòu)建和諧師生關(guān)系的具體途徑，途經(jīng)分為四點：第一，針對高職院校學生特點，加強對學生的思想教育，具體分為以科學的評價制度修正學生思想教育方式、以民主平等的校園氛圍提高學生道德修養(yǎng)、以豐富的校園活動促進學生思想發(fā)展等三個手段；第二，利用高職院校自身資源，豐富師生的溝通方式，具體分為開通師生間的文字交流、開通網(wǎng)絡(luò)交流平臺、開通手機即時交流平臺等三個手段；第三，發(fā)揮高職院校自身優(yōu)勢，優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有教學實訓體制；第四，根據(jù)高職院校自身特點，學校提供政策支持。根據(jù)以上四點途徑，為高職院校如何構(gòu)建和諧師生關(guān)系提供了行之有效的實踐策略。
[Abstract]:The relationship between teachers and students is a very important relationship, occupies an important position in the various social relations, and the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges is an important part of the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges. The teacher-student relationship is harmonious, not only affects the efficiency of student learning and physical and mental development, but also affect the school the teaching quality and competitive ability. At the same time, the higher vocational colleges as the cultivation of high-quality professional talents of higher education occupation for the society, the important responsibility of output high quality talents for society, in today's society of talent is the production capacity, study how to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges is very necessary.
The main body of the full text is divided into four parts.
The first part, the concept and characteristics of harmonious relationship in vocational colleges. This part defines the concept of teacher-student relationship, the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in Higher Vocational Colleges appeared several times in the paper, summed up the specific characteristics of higher vocational college students harmonious relations. The so-called harmonious teacher-student relationship in Higher Vocational Colleges in higher vocational colleges, between teachers and students to set up teachers and students interpersonal relationship harmony. The third part, analysis of existing problems and reasons of the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges. The fourth part strategy to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges.
