【摘要】：高職院校要樹(shù)立文化自覺(jué),加強(qiáng)特色文化建設(shè)。文章首先分析了文化自覺(jué)視域下高職院校特色文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意蘊(yùn):是高職院校提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的必然要求,是高職院校文化傳承與創(chuàng)新的重要舉措,是高職院校推進(jìn)文化育人的價(jià)值訴求。然后提出了文化自覺(jué)視域下高職院校特色文化建設(shè)的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑:彰顯高職教育特色,建設(shè)高職物質(zhì)文化;樹(shù)立文化使命意識(shí),建設(shè)高職精神文化;融合行業(yè)企業(yè)文化,建設(shè)高職制度文化;搭建文化活動(dòng)平臺(tái),建設(shè)高職行為文化。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational colleges should establish cultural consciousness and strengthen the construction of characteristic culture. Firstly, the article analyzes the realistic implication of the construction of characteristic culture in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of cultural consciousness: it is an inevitable requirement for higher vocational colleges to enhance their core competitiveness. It is an important measure of cultural inheritance and innovation in higher vocational colleges and the value demand of promoting cultural education in higher vocational colleges. Then it puts forward the way to realize the construction of characteristic culture in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of cultural consciousness: to highlight the characteristics of higher vocational education. To construct material culture of higher vocational education, to establish cultural mission consciousness, to construct spiritual culture of higher vocational education, to integrate enterprise culture of higher vocational education, to construct system culture of higher vocational education, to build cultural activity platform and to construct behavior culture in higher vocational education.
