職業(yè)技能競賽對中等職業(yè)教育生態(tài)的影響研究

【摘要】:中等職業(yè)教育以培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)社會需求,在生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)、服務(wù)一線工作的技能型人才為目標,職業(yè)技能競賽重點考查學(xué)生的職業(yè)技能水平,兩者在強調(diào)學(xué)生職業(yè)技能上具有高度的內(nèi)在一致性。自2008年首屆中、高職共同參與的全國職業(yè)院校技能大賽舉辦以來,職業(yè)技能競賽成為中等職業(yè)教育領(lǐng)域的一項重要活動,受到社會各界的廣泛關(guān)注。此后,全國范圍內(nèi)職業(yè)技能競賽此起彼伏,逐漸形成“層層選拔”的局面,教師培養(yǎng)學(xué)生職業(yè)技能的意識增強、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)技能的熱情高漲、中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的知名度提高、校企合作的程度加強;然而也出現(xiàn)了對職業(yè)技能競賽的質(zhì)疑,如職業(yè)技能競賽成為部分教師和學(xué)生的“專利”、增加了中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的經(jīng)濟負擔、出現(xiàn)了功利主義傾向等。 立足于省級及以上和部分市級職業(yè)技能競賽,通過對國家——省(市、自治區(qū))——市職業(yè)技能競賽相關(guān)政策和國家、省(市、自治區(qū))的職業(yè)技能競賽通知進行文本分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)職業(yè)技能競賽政策在制定目的、基本制度、獎勵比例方面上下基本保持一致,但各省省級職業(yè)技能競賽在競賽時間、獎項設(shè)置等方面存在一定的差異。中等職業(yè)學(xué)校是職業(yè)技能競賽的主要參與者。本研究通過中等職業(yè)學(xué)校教師和學(xué)生的問卷調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)職業(yè)技能競賽對中等職業(yè)教育的生態(tài)環(huán)境、生態(tài)承載力、生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)和生態(tài)功能帶來積極影響的同時,也產(chǎn)生了一定的消極影響。職業(yè)技能競賽制度存在不足,職業(yè)技能競賽政策貫徹落實不到位,對職業(yè)技能競賽目標和功能定位有失偏頗,部分教育行政人員、學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、教師的功利主義傾向是產(chǎn)生消極影響的重要原因。為進一步完善職業(yè)技能競賽、促進中等職業(yè)教育生態(tài)的健康發(fā)展,可從樹立職業(yè)技能競賽可持續(xù)發(fā)展的生態(tài)觀、創(chuàng)建職業(yè)技能競賽健康發(fā)展的生態(tài)環(huán)境、優(yōu)化中等職業(yè)教育的生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)三方面做出努力。
[Abstract]:The aim of secondary vocational education is to train skilled personnel who can meet the needs of the society and to produce, build and serve the front-line work. The vocational skill competition focuses on the level of vocational skills of students. Since 2008, the National Vocational College skills Competition in which higher vocational colleges participated has become an important activity in the field of secondary vocational education. Since then, there has been a nationwide competition for vocational skills, gradually forming a "layer by layer selection" situation. Teachers' awareness of training students' vocational skills has increased, and students' enthusiasm for learning skills has risen. The visibility of secondary vocational schools has increased and the degree of cooperation between schools and enterprises has increased; however, there have also been doubts about vocational skills competitions, such as the fact that vocational skills competitions have become "patents" for some teachers and students, increasing the financial burden on secondary vocational schools. There is a utilitarian tendency, etc. Based on the vocational skill competitions at the provincial level and above and some municipalities, the text analysis was carried out on the policies related to the national and provincial vocational skills competitions and the national, provincial (municipal, autonomous region) vocational skills competition notices. It is found that the policy of vocational skill competition is basically consistent in terms of purpose, basic system and reward ratio, but the provincial vocational skill competition is in competition time. There are some differences in award setting. Secondary vocational school is the main participant in vocational skill competition. This study is based on a questionnaire survey of teachers and students in secondary vocational schools. It is found that the vocational skill competition has a positive impact on the ecological environment, ecological carrying capacity, ecological structure and ecological function of secondary vocational education, and at the same time, it also has some negative effects. The implementation of vocational skills competition policy is not in place, the goal and function orientation of vocational skills competition is biased, some educational administrators and school leaders, Teachers' utilitarianism tendency is an important reason for negative influence. In order to further improve vocational skill competition and promote the healthy development of secondary vocational education ecology, we can set up the ecological view of sustainable development of vocational skill competition. To establish the ecological environment of healthy development of vocational skill competition and to optimize the ecological structure of secondary vocational education.
