【摘要】：文章通過梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)徒制相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),概述現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制研究現(xiàn)狀,歸納國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于學(xué)徒制發(fā)展史、本質(zhì)屬性和基本特征、"導(dǎo)學(xué)關(guān)系"研究、實(shí)證調(diào)查研究、國(guó)別研究、各行業(yè)的應(yīng)用以及模式研究等現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制主要熱點(diǎn)問題的研究成果,并在簡(jiǎn)要評(píng)述近年來國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制文獻(xiàn)主要特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出對(duì)以后研究的一些建議。
[Abstract]:By combing the relevant literature of apprenticeship system at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the current research situation of modern apprenticeship system, summarizes the history, essential attributes and basic characteristics of apprenticeship system, studies on the relationship between "guidance and learning", empirical investigation, and country study, at home and abroad. On the basis of a brief review of the main characteristics of the literature on modern apprenticeship system at home and abroad in recent years, some suggestions for future research are put forward.
