【摘要】：高職教育是我國教育體系重要組成部分，，在為國家培養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)、管理、服務(wù)第一線高素質(zhì)應(yīng)用型專門人才方面發(fā)揮著重要作用，加強(qiáng)高職學(xué)生思想政治教育對我國高素質(zhì)應(yīng)用人才的培養(yǎng)也具有重要意義。 筆者通過對高職學(xué)生思想教育狀況的研究，閱讀相關(guān)書籍，查閱論文、報紙、雜志等相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，深入到高職院校進(jìn)行調(diào)研，與學(xué)生進(jìn)行交流，對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)做過訪談，采用比較法、系統(tǒng)分析法和經(jīng)驗總結(jié)法進(jìn)行分析比較，主要分析研究了以下問題：高職院校學(xué)生思想政治教育的概念和內(nèi)容、特點(diǎn)、研究價值以及研究本課題的緊迫性；現(xiàn)狀分析，主要對高職院校的學(xué)生狀況、特點(diǎn)、存在的困境及本課題的有關(guān)成效進(jìn)行了論述；分析了存在的問題，主要表現(xiàn)在高職思想道德評價體系不完善，社會上對高職學(xué)生存在偏見，各方面保障機(jī)制不到位；學(xué)校缺乏政治素質(zhì)過硬、相對穩(wěn)定的思想政治工作隊伍，存在重技能而輕思想教育的現(xiàn)象；本課題的對策研究，建設(shè)一支高素質(zhì)的思想政治教育工作隊伍并不斷加強(qiáng)相關(guān)理論研究，努力營造良好的教書育人環(huán)境，重視心理健康教育，充分利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)陣地進(jìn)行思想政治教育，從高職院校學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)出發(fā)；高職學(xué)生應(yīng)提高政治覺悟、樹立遠(yuǎn)大政治理想，提高自我認(rèn)知水平、樹立正確的擇業(yè)觀、培養(yǎng)堅韌的意志品質(zhì)、樹立正確的職業(yè)道德觀等。 總之，我國高職院校學(xué)生思想政治教育的加強(qiáng)并不是一蹴而就的，需要國家社會各方面的支持，需要學(xué)校和學(xué)生自身的努力，相信在馬克思主義理論和科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的指引下，我們一定能探索出一條具有我國特色的高職思想政治教育發(fā)展之路。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is an important part of our country's education system. It plays an important role in training high quality and applied specialized talents for the country's production, construction, management and service. Strengthening the ideological and political education of higher vocational students is also of great significance to the cultivation of high-quality applied talents in our country. Through the study of the ideological education situation of higher vocational students, reading related books, consulting papers, newspapers, magazines and other related documents, the author went deep into higher vocational colleges to conduct research, communicate with students, have made interviews with leaders, and adopted comparative methods. The system analysis method and the experience summary method carry on the analysis and comparison, mainly analyzed and studied the following questions: the higher vocational college student ideological and political education concept and the content, the characteristic, the research value and the research this topic urgency, the present situation analysis, This paper mainly discusses the students' status, characteristics, difficulties and achievements of this subject in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the existing problems, mainly shows that the ideological and moral evaluation system of higher vocational colleges is not perfect, and there is prejudice against higher vocational students in society. All aspects of the guarantee mechanism is not in place; schools lack of political quality, relatively stable ideological and political work team, there is a focus on skills rather than ideological education phenomenon. We should build a contingent of high-quality ideological and political education and constantly strengthen relevant theoretical research, strive to create a good environment for teaching and educating people, attach importance to mental health education, and make full use of the network position to carry out ideological and political education. Starting from the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges, higher vocational students should raise their political consciousness, set up lofty political ideals, improve their self-cognition level, set up a correct outlook on job selection, cultivate the quality of tough will, and establish a correct view of professional ethics, etc. In short, the strengthening of ideological and political education among students in higher vocational colleges in our country is not accomplished overnight. It needs the support of all aspects of the state and society, and the efforts of schools and students themselves. I believe that under the guidance of Marxist theory and scientific development view, We must be able to explore a way for the development of ideological and political education in higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics.
