【摘要】：由于我國的職業(yè)教育起步較晚,教學管理方面還存在著這樣那樣的問題,需要在教學創(chuàng)新實踐中不斷加以改革,以適應人才市場變化的需求。而我國的茶文化歷經(jīng)千年而不衰,其間蘊含著很多管理精髓。筆者認為,在高職教育改革創(chuàng)新路線上,茶文化所表現(xiàn)的哲學思想,能夠對教學管理改革帶來很多啟發(fā)。本文從茶文化的角度出發(fā),提出了茶文化對于高職教育教學管理改革的一些粗淺看法,供相關人士參考。
[Abstract]:Due to the late start of vocational education in our country, there are still some problems in teaching management, which need to be reformed constantly in the teaching innovation practice to meet the needs of the changing talent market. However, the tea culture of our country has not declined after thousands of years. The author believes that in the innovation line of higher vocational education, the philosophy of tea culture can bring a lot of inspiration to the reform of teaching management. This paper puts forward some superficial views of tea culture on the reform of teaching management in higher vocational education for the reference of relevant personages.
