【摘要】：教育現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展,需要推進(jìn)治理的現(xiàn)代化。職業(yè)教育因其跨界屬性,政府、職業(yè)院校、企業(yè)、行業(yè)、社會組織等多元主體均可以參與其治理,在治理過程中,為了共同的利益和價(jià)值,形成職業(yè)教育治理共同體。當(dāng)前,職業(yè)教育治理中還存在學(xué)校的主體性危機(jī)、政府單中心主義傾向明顯、行政化凝聚弱化共同體的內(nèi)聚力、多元主體共治缺少利益連接點(diǎn)和基本共識等問題。為此,必須從理念變革、職能重塑、關(guān)系重建、利益調(diào)節(jié)等方面來推進(jìn)職業(yè)教育治理共同體的構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:The development of education modernization needs to promote the modernization of governance. Vocational education, because of its cross-border attributes, government, vocational colleges, enterprises, industries, social organizations and other diverse subjects can participate in its governance, in the governance process, In order to form the community of vocational education governance for the common benefit and value, there still exists the crisis of school subjectivity in the vocational education governance, the tendency of government monocentrism is obvious, and the cohesion of the community is weakened by administrative agglomeration. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the construction of the governance community of vocational education from the aspects of concept reform, function remolding, relationship reconstruction, interest regulation and so on.
