【摘要】：高職教師專業(yè)發(fā)展評價是高職院校管理的重要環(huán)節(jié),也是教師自身努力發(fā)展的目標與方向�？茖W合理的評價模式可以充分發(fā)揮人力資源的效能,激發(fā)教師的工作積極性,從而提高教育教學質量。本文全面分析了新形勢下高職教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的內涵要求以及當前教師專業(yè)發(fā)展評價中存在的問題,并從基本理念、基本要素和實施路徑等方面,提出了自主評聘背景下高職教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的多元化評價模式,旨在為高職院校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展評價工作提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of teachers' professional development is an important link in the management of higher vocational colleges and is also the goal and direction of the development of teachers themselves. A scientific and reasonable evaluation model can give full play to the efficiency of human resources and stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers. In order to improve the quality of education and teaching, this paper comprehensively analyzes the connotation requirements of the professional development of higher vocational teachers under the new situation and the problems existing in the evaluation of teachers' professional development at present, and from the aspects of basic concepts, basic elements and implementation paths, etc. This paper puts forward a diversified evaluation model of teachers' professional development under the background of independent evaluation and employment, aiming at providing reference for the evaluation of teachers' professional development in higher vocational colleges.
