基于縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的榮昌縣職業(yè)教育發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:盡管上世紀末我國就提出要大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育,但目前職業(yè)教育在我國教育體系中仍處于弱勢地位,尤其是西部縣域農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育,受落后縣域經(jīng)濟等因素影響,存在著職業(yè)教育發(fā)展環(huán)境差、體制機制落后、人才培養(yǎng)目標不明確,以及服務縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展能力欠缺等諸多問題。直轄以來,榮昌縣實現(xiàn)了跨越式發(fā)展,財政收入逐年翻番,經(jīng)濟綜合勢力日益增強,但縣域經(jīng)濟總體實力很薄弱,難以為職業(yè)教育發(fā)展提供良好外部環(huán)境,制約著職業(yè)教育健康發(fā)展。因此,,選擇基于縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的縣域職業(yè)教育發(fā)展為研究課題,對于促進縣域職業(yè)教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展,推動縣域經(jīng)濟實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,具有重要理論意義和現(xiàn)實價值。 本文以區(qū)域經(jīng)濟理論、人力資源理論、教育經(jīng)濟理論和經(jīng)營管理理論為理論指導,采取文獻法、調(diào)查法、定性與定量相結(jié)合方法,在充分梳理國內(nèi)外職業(yè)教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展理論成果基礎上,形成本論文的研究脈絡。論文首先闡述榮昌縣職業(yè)教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以及職業(yè)教育服務縣域經(jīng)濟的情況。其次,分析榮昌縣職業(yè)教育存在問題,并從外部環(huán)境因素影響、內(nèi)部管理機制制約分別論述存在問題的原因。最后,從榮昌縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展實際出發(fā),提出了職業(yè)教育發(fā)展策略:轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,優(yōu)化職業(yè)教育社會和體制環(huán)境;建立與縣域產(chǎn)業(yè)對接的職業(yè)教育經(jīng)營管理機制,優(yōu)化縣域職業(yè)教育結(jié)構(gòu);深化校企合作,創(chuàng)新校企融合的人才培養(yǎng)模式。 本文嘗試性地探索了職業(yè)教育發(fā)展與縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的相互影響、相互促進、聯(lián)動發(fā)展關(guān)系,以期能為榮昌縣職能教育發(fā)展提供可資借鑒建議。但受時間和研究水平限制,對職業(yè)教育發(fā)展問題及原因分析的全面性有待進一步完善;對職業(yè)教育發(fā)展策略的思考還需進一步深化提煉,使之理論性理高。
[Abstract]:Although our country proposed to develop vocational education vigorously at the end of last century, vocational education is still in a weak position in our educational system at present, especially vocational education in rural areas of western counties. Under the influence of backward county economy, there are many problems such as poor environment of vocational education development, backward system and mechanism, unclear goal of talent training, and lack of ability to serve the development of county economy. Rongchang County has achieved a leapfrog development, the financial revenue has doubled year by year, the economic comprehensive forces are increasing day by day, but the overall strength of the county economy is very weak, it is difficult to provide a good external environment for the development of vocational education. Therefore, choosing the development of county vocational education based on county economic development as the research topic will promote the sustainable development of county vocational education and promote the county economy to achieve sustainable development. It has important theoretical significance and practical value. Under the guidance of regional economic theory, human resource theory, educational economic theory and management theory, this paper adopts the methods of literature, investigation, qualitative and quantitative analysis. On the basis of combing the theoretical achievements of the coordinated development of vocational education and regional economy at home and abroad, this paper forms the research context of this paper. Firstly, this paper expounds the status quo of vocational education development in Rongchang County and the present situation of county economy development. And vocational education service county economy situation. Secondly, the analysis of Rongchang County vocational education problems, and from the external environmental factors, internal management mechanism constraints respectively discuss the reasons for the problems. Based on the reality of the county economy development in Rongchang, this paper puts forward the development strategies of vocational education: changing the concept, optimizing the social and institutional environment of vocational education; To establish the management mechanism of vocational education and optimize the structure of vocational education at county level; Deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and innovate the talent training mode of the integration of schools and enterprises. This paper tries to explore the relationship between the development of vocational education and the development of county economy. In order to provide suggestions for the development of functional education in Rongchang County, but limited by time and research level, the comprehensive analysis of vocational education development problems and reasons need to be further improved; The thinking on the development strategy of vocational education needs to be further refined to make it more theoretical.
