【摘要】：《職業(yè)道德與法律》是中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生必修的一門(mén)德育課程,其任務(wù)與目標(biāo)是提高學(xué)生的職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)和法律素質(zhì),為中職學(xué)生從“準(zhǔn)職業(yè)人”的特殊身份轉(zhuǎn)為“職業(yè)人”打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。作為教學(xué)活動(dòng)不可或缺的重要環(huán)節(jié),《職業(yè)道德與法律》課外作業(yè)不僅有利于加強(qiáng)學(xué)生知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)、情感體驗(yàn)與綜合能力培養(yǎng),還可將有限的主課堂無(wú)限延伸,是教學(xué)反饋的重要途徑。本文共分三個(gè)部分,結(jié)合教學(xué)實(shí)際,首先闡述了中職《職業(yè)道德與法律》課外作業(yè)的重要意義,主要包括有助于加強(qiáng)學(xué)生對(duì)職業(yè)道德素養(yǎng)及法律基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的認(rèn)知理解;有助于提升學(xué)生的情感體驗(yàn);有助于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合能力。再通過(guò)對(duì)中職《職業(yè)道德與法律》課外作業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)該課程課外作業(yè)存在的一些不足之處,如課外作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)缺乏專業(yè)針對(duì)性;課外作業(yè)內(nèi)容缺乏實(shí)踐性;課外作業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)缺乏實(shí)效性等。最后,基于《職業(yè)道德與法律》課外作業(yè)的意義與問(wèn)題分析,進(jìn)一步提出了優(yōu)化《職業(yè)道德與法律》課外作業(yè)的對(duì)策,包括貼近中職學(xué)生專業(yè),設(shè)計(jì)層次性課外作業(yè);充分挖掘教材內(nèi)容,注重針對(duì)性課外作業(yè);及時(shí)拓展社會(huì)資源,體現(xiàn)生活化課外作業(yè);線上與線下相融合,突出合作式課外作業(yè);完善評(píng)價(jià)促進(jìn)發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)多元化課外作業(yè)。
[Abstract]:"Professional ethics and law" is a compulsory moral education course for secondary vocational school students, whose task and goal is to improve students' professional ethics and legal quality. It lays a solid foundation for the students in secondary vocational school to change from the special status of "quasi-professional person" to "professional person", which is an indispensable and important link in teaching activities. "Professional ethics and law" homework is not only conducive to strengthening students' knowledge learning, emotional experience and comprehensive ability training, but also can extend the limited main classroom indefinitely. This article is divided into three parts, combined with the teaching practice, first of all, elaborated the vocational ethics and law of the important significance of extracurricular work. It mainly includes helping to strengthen the students' cognition and understanding of the professional ethics accomplishment and the basic knowledge of law; Help to enhance students' emotional experience; It is helpful to cultivate the students' comprehensive ability. Through the questionnaire survey on the present situation of vocational ethics and law in secondary vocational school, we can find some shortcomings of the homework in this course. Such as lack of professional pertinence in the design of extracurricular homework; The content of extracurricular homework is lack of practicality; Finally, based on the meaning and problem analysis of "professional ethics and law", the author puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the "professional ethics and law" homework. Including close to the secondary vocational students major, design a level of extracurricular homework; Fully excavate the teaching material content, pay attention to the pertinence extracurricular work; Timely expansion of social resources to reflect the life of the extracurricular work; Online and offline fusion, highlight cooperative extracurricular work; Improve evaluation to promote development and achieve diversified extracurricular work.
