【摘要】：蘇州旅游與財經(jīng)高等職業(yè)技術(shù)學校借鑒"雙元制"和"教學工廠"等國際職教理念,探索和實踐了以"實景化"實訓教學模式,即"理實一體——實景教學——頂崗實習——就業(yè)",培養(yǎng)和提高服務類專業(yè)人才的綜合技能。通過構(gòu)建以工作任務和工作過程為導向的實訓課程體系,建設(shè)"實景化"實訓教學基地,在實體中開展"實景化"實訓教學等。"實景化"實訓教學突破了仿真實訓的瓶頸,有效提升了學生綜合技能。
[Abstract]:The Suzhou higher Vocational and Technical School of Tourism and Finance draws lessons from the international vocational education concepts such as "dual system" and "teaching factory", and explores and practices the practical teaching mode of "practical scene". That is, "theory and practice integration-practical teaching -on-the-job practice-employment", to train and improve the comprehensive skills of service professionals, through the construction of a practical training curriculum system oriented by work tasks and working process. It is necessary to build a practical teaching base and carry out practical teaching in the entity, which breaks through the bottleneck of simulation training and effectively improves the students' comprehensive skills.
