【摘要】:高等職業(yè)教育不僅是我國高等教育的重要組成部分,還是我國職業(yè)教育的龍頭,擔(dān)負(fù)著培養(yǎng)輸送社會(huì)緊缺的高技能人才的歷史重任。然而當(dāng)前高職教育的社會(huì)認(rèn)同感仍然較低,學(xué)生擇;蛴萌藛挝徽衅笗r(shí),高職院校往往是無奈的選擇。另外,在高等教育產(chǎn)業(yè)化的趨勢下,教育市場日趨激烈,高職院校必須有所提升才能脫穎而出。 高職院校形象是社會(huì)公眾對(duì)高職院校的整體印象和評(píng)價(jià),是十分珍貴的無形資產(chǎn),也是體現(xiàn)學(xué)校競爭實(shí)力的重要因素之一。提高高職形象有利于高職院校在教育市場脫穎而出,有利于高職教育的社會(huì)認(rèn)同感,有利于高職院校更好的肩負(fù)起培養(yǎng)高技能人才的歷史重任。 首先,本文在吸收前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試從高職形象要素入手,提煉對(duì)高職形象影響較大的高職形象要素,并加以分析,從解構(gòu)的角度重新認(rèn)識(shí)高職形象,從而得到對(duì)高職形象更細(xì)致和更深刻的判斷。本論文認(rèn)為高職形象可分為行為形象要素、理念形象要素、環(huán)境形象要素和視覺形象要素四類。其次,結(jié)合傳播學(xué)理論,,研究高職形象要素受媒體關(guān)注的情況。再次基于CIS理論和相關(guān)傳播媒介理論探討高職形象傳播存在的問題,并提出提高高職院校形象的對(duì)策建議。最后反思論文撰寫過程中的不足。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is not only an important part of higher education in China, but also the leading part of vocational education in China. It is a historical task to train and transport highly skilled talents in short supply of society. However, the social identity of higher vocational education is still low, when students choose schools or employers recruit. In addition, under the trend of industrialization of higher education, the education market is becoming more and more fierce, so higher vocational colleges must improve to stand out. The image of higher vocational colleges is the public's overall impression and evaluation of higher vocational colleges, and it is a very precious intangible asset. It is also one of the important factors to reflect the competitive strength of the school. Improving the image of higher vocational education is conducive to the emergence of higher vocational colleges in the education market and the social identity of higher vocational education. It is beneficial for higher vocational colleges to shoulder the historical responsibility of cultivating high-skilled talents. First of all, on the basis of absorbing the previous research results, this paper tries to extract and analyze the factors of higher vocational image that have a great impact on the image of higher vocational education. From the perspective of deconstruction to re-understand the image of higher vocational education, so as to obtain a more detailed and more profound judgment of the image of higher vocational education. This paper holds that the image of higher vocational education can be divided into behavioral image elements and conceptual image elements. Environmental image elements and visual image elements of four categories. Secondly, combined with the theory of communication. Thirdly, based on the CIS theory and the related media theory, this paper discusses the problems existing in the communication of higher vocational image. The author also puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the image of higher vocational colleges. Finally, it reflects on the shortcomings in the process of writing papers.
