藝術(shù)管理視野下高職院校園文化建設(shè)

【摘要】:近年來,高職院辦學(xué)規(guī)模迅速擴(kuò)大,高職教育已進(jìn)入到了大眾化階段,如何保持高職院的自身特色并實(shí)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展,取決于高職院人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量是否能夠滿足社會(huì)對(duì)高素質(zhì)技能型人才的需求。從藝術(shù)管理的視角對(duì)校園文化進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)于高職院的發(fā)展以及人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的提升具有重要意義。從文化的動(dòng)態(tài)管理層次而言,高職院校園文化包括決策管理層、教育影響層以及參與反饋層。高職院校園文化建設(shè)中,決策管理層側(cè)重于理念建構(gòu),大學(xué)精神是高職院校園文化理念建構(gòu)的核心,職業(yè)精神是高職院校園文化發(fā)展的動(dòng)力。教育影響層側(cè)重于文化藝術(shù)載體建構(gòu),有效的載體是實(shí)現(xiàn)校園文化育人目標(biāo)的保證。參與反饋層側(cè)重于效能的優(yōu)化,一方面通過教育影響層感悟美的形式和意蘊(yùn),一方面則是通過多種途徑開展創(chuàng)造性的審美活動(dòng)。除了加強(qiáng)校園文化動(dòng)態(tài)層次的建設(shè),高職院校園文化還需要有效的評(píng)價(jià)體系作為保障,從藝術(shù)建構(gòu)的角度而言,校園文化建設(shè)的持久性、多樣性、貼近性和實(shí)效性是主要衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其測(cè)評(píng)的具體方法包括走訪座談法、同行比較法等。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the scale of higher vocational colleges has expanded rapidly, higher vocational education has entered the stage of popularization, how to maintain its own characteristics and achieve considerable development. Depends on whether the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges can meet the needs of the society for high-quality skilled personnel. From the perspective of art management the campus culture is studied. It is of great significance for the development of higher vocational colleges and the improvement of the quality of personnel training. From the level of dynamic management of culture, the campus culture of higher vocational colleges includes decision-making management. In the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges, the decision-making management lays emphasis on the concept construction, and the university spirit is the core of the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges. Vocational spirit is the driving force of the development of campus culture in higher vocational colleges. The education influence layer focuses on the construction of cultural and artistic carrier, the effective carrier is the guarantee to achieve the goal of campus culture education, and the participation feedback layer focuses on the optimization of efficiency. On the one hand, through the educational influence layer to understand the form and meaning of beauty, on the other hand, through a variety of ways to carry out creative aesthetic activities, in addition to strengthening the dynamic level of campus culture construction. The campus culture of higher vocational colleges also needs an effective evaluation system as a guarantee. From the point of view of artistic construction, the sustainability, diversity, closeness and effectiveness of campus culture construction are the main criteria. The specific methods of its evaluation include visiting discussion method, peer comparison method and so on.
