【摘要】：隨著中國經濟從粗放式發(fā)展模式走向集約型發(fā)展模式,那么社會發(fā)展對人才需求的類型就發(fā)生轉變,人才供給關系,人才體系有著不同的要求；通過“十一五”的發(fā)展廣西經濟的發(fā)展模式發(fā)生轉變,產業(yè)結構的調整引起廣西地區(qū)人才供應結構體系的轉變,高等教育的三大職能之一：為社會服務；作為高等教育的一部分高職高專院校主要為產業(yè)結構調整提供高技能人才的支撐。另一方面廣西經濟發(fā)展模式、產業(yè)結構、人才體系、技術結構、特色產業(yè),地方經濟等因素都對高校人才的培養(yǎng)產生重大的影響,隨著我國高等教育的改革和發(fā)展,特別是高校招生規(guī)模大幅增加,普通高校本科、�？频膶I(yè)布點迅速增長。1999年擴招是政府基于刺激國內消費,拉動經濟增長需求,解決產業(yè)結構升級與結構性矛盾,以及滿足社會不斷增長的對高等教育的需求,解決高等教育規(guī)模與經濟發(fā)展不對稱等因素考慮的,通過擴招,促進了高校對現(xiàn)存專業(yè)結構進行調整,如增設部分新專業(yè)；壓縮或屏棄部分老專業(yè)；改造部分不合理的專業(yè)。以市場為導向,活化專業(yè)適應面,即促進各學科融合、交叉、又開拓專業(yè)口徑。近幾年廣西高校在專業(yè)設置上迎來井噴式的發(fā)展,但是在增長的總體框架下,普通高校的學科專業(yè)設置表現(xiàn)出幾個較明顯的發(fā)展趨勢：一是新興學科的發(fā)展比較快；二是人文社會科學專業(yè),尤其是應用文科專業(yè)迅速發(fā)展；三是傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)類專業(yè)增長速度穩(wěn)中有降,低于各學科門類的平均增長速度。這與我國第二產業(yè)類專業(yè)從業(yè)人口近年來連續(xù)減少的發(fā)展趨勢相吻合。擴招以后各高校專業(yè)調整的總體趨勢是向辦學成本降低的學科方向發(fā)展,高校專業(yè)設置有趨同化的趨勢。通過對廣西高職高專院校現(xiàn)有的專業(yè)進行研究分析有助于優(yōu)化高職高專院校專業(yè)設置。為高職高專院校更好的服務于地方經濟起到指導作用。此外本研究還有助于地方教育管理部門制定相關政策,正確引導各類高職院校辦學,使區(qū)域高等職業(yè)教育又快又好的持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese economy from extensive development mode to intensive development mode, the type of demand for talents will change in social development, and the relationship between talent supply and talent system will have different requirements. Through the development of the 11th Five-Year Plan, Guangxi's economic development mode has changed, the adjustment of industrial structure has caused the transformation of Guangxi's talent supply structure system, and one of the three functions of higher education is to serve the society; As a part of higher education, higher vocational colleges provide the support of highly skilled talents for the adjustment of industrial structure. On the other hand, Guangxi economic development model, industrial structure, talent system, technical structure, characteristic industry. Local economy and other factors have a significant impact on the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. With the reform and development of higher education in China, especially the large increase in the scale of college enrollment, undergraduate students in ordinary colleges and universities. In 1999, the government based on stimulating domestic consumption, stimulating economic growth demand, to solve the industrial structure upgrade and structural contradictions. And to meet the growing demand for higher education, to solve the scale of higher education and economic development factors such as asymmetric considerations, through the expansion of enrollment, to promote the existing professional structure of colleges and universities to adjust. If some new specialties are added; Compression or screen part of the old professional; Reform some unreasonable specialties. Take the market as the direction, activate the specialized adaptation surface, that is to promote the integration of various disciplines, cross, but also expand the professional caliber. In recent years, Guangxi colleges and universities in the professional setting welcome the development of blowout type. However, in the overall framework of growth, the establishment of disciplines in colleges and universities shows several more obvious development trends: first, the rapid development of emerging disciplines; Second, the humanities and social sciences specialty, especially the applied liberal arts specialty develops rapidly; Third, the growth rate of traditional industrial specialties has declined steadily. The average growth rate is lower than the average growth rate of each discipline category. This is consistent with the development trend of the continuous decrease in the number of the employed population of the secondary industry major in our country in recent years. After the expansion of enrollment, the overall trend of major adjustment in each university is to reduce the running cost. The direction of the discipline. Through the research and analysis of the existing specialties in Guangxi higher vocational colleges and universities, it is helpful to optimize the specialty setting in higher vocational colleges and universities, and to serve the local economy better for higher vocational colleges. In addition, this study can also help local education management to formulate relevant policies. Guide all kinds of higher vocational colleges to run schools correctly, and make the regional higher vocational education develop rapidly and continuously.
