【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,各類學(xué)校在校生數(shù)量不斷增加,教育對(duì)于我國(guó)國(guó)民素質(zhì)的提高以及社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。其中,中職教育是我國(guó)教育的一個(gè)重要組成部分,截止到2009年,我國(guó)中職學(xué)校在校學(xué)生高達(dá)2000萬(wàn)人,這些學(xué)生中的絕大多數(shù)人畢業(yè)后會(huì)直接進(jìn)入社會(huì),開(kāi)始職業(yè)生涯。所以,這些學(xué)生的思想道德?tīng)顩r直接關(guān)系到產(chǎn)業(yè)大軍的素質(zhì),同時(shí)也關(guān)系著國(guó)家和民族的未來(lái)。因此,加強(qiáng)中職學(xué)生思想道德教育,不僅是提高中職生思想道德素質(zhì)的客觀要求,同時(shí)也是提高社會(huì)勞動(dòng)者素質(zhì)、培養(yǎng)合格勞動(dòng)者的客觀要求。 目前,我國(guó)中職學(xué)校很多畢業(yè)生的職業(yè)道德水平不能滿足企業(yè)對(duì)于員工的職業(yè)道德的要求,很多畢業(yè)生還難以適應(yīng)企業(yè)和社會(huì)對(duì)從業(yè)人員的職業(yè)道德要求。對(duì)我國(guó)中職畢業(yè)生就業(yè)跟蹤調(diào)查的結(jié)果顯示,在畢業(yè)生就業(yè)失敗的典型案例中,40%是因?yàn)楫厴I(yè)生的責(zé)任心不強(qiáng)、不遵守企業(yè)紀(jì)律、沒(méi)有敬業(yè)精神;約20%是因?yàn)榫蜆I(yè)者怕吃苦、不能勝任崗位職責(zé);另外40%則是因?yàn)楫厴I(yè)生對(duì)工作環(huán)境過(guò)于挑剔,提出不切實(shí)際的高期望要求;而幾乎沒(méi)有畢業(yè)生是因?yàn)闃I(yè)務(wù)水平和能力不足而被用人單位辭退。由此可見(jiàn),中職畢業(yè)生缺乏的并不是專業(yè)技能和技術(shù),而是作為一線從業(yè)者的思想準(zhǔn)備,是作為一線工作人員的職業(yè)道德和規(guī)范的缺失。這些畢業(yè)生的自身職業(yè)定位與企業(yè)對(duì)人才的需求和學(xué)校的培育目標(biāo)有著明顯的反差,,特別是在實(shí)踐能力和職業(yè)道德水平方面差距明顯。 理論界從多個(gè)角度研究對(duì)中職學(xué)生的道德教育進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的研究,取得了豐碩的研究成果,但是由于對(duì)目前中職生道德教育中存在問(wèn)題及其原因的具體分析還不夠深入,導(dǎo)致提出的中職生道德教育的策略和方法還不夠詳盡和系統(tǒng),缺乏可操作性和針對(duì)性。特別是在目前中等職業(yè)學(xué)校畢業(yè)生面臨嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)形勢(shì),企業(yè)對(duì)學(xué)生的思想道德要求和學(xué)生的素質(zhì)不想匹配的情況下,對(duì)中職生道德教育進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究和分析是十分重要的。 本文主要采取實(shí)證研究和規(guī)范研究相結(jié)合的方法,依據(jù)從理論分析到實(shí)證研究的邏輯順序展開(kāi)研究。首先,文章依次對(duì)中職生德育相關(guān)的理論和文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了研究;其次,文章分析了中職教育的特點(diǎn)、中職教育中德育的特點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)狀;再次,文章以對(duì)十余所中職學(xué)校德育狀況的調(diào)研為基礎(chǔ),考察了中職學(xué)校中德育教育存在的問(wèn)題;最后,在實(shí)證考察的基礎(chǔ)上,文章提出了改進(jìn)和完善中職生德育教育的對(duì)策和建議。主要內(nèi)容包括:中職學(xué)校要重視對(duì)學(xué)生的德育教育、建立對(duì)中職生的合理的評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制、重視中職學(xué)生的心理健康教育、利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)中職生進(jìn)行思想道德教育。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of education in China, the number of students in all kinds of schools is increasing. Education has made great contributions to the improvement of national quality and the development of social economy. Secondary vocational education is an important part of education in China. By 2009, there are as many as 20 million students in secondary vocational schools. Most of these students will enter the society directly after graduation. Therefore, the ideological and moral status of these students directly related to the quality of the industrial army, but also related to the future of the country and the nation. Therefore, strengthen the ideological and moral education of secondary vocational students. It is not only an objective requirement to improve the ideological and moral quality of secondary vocational students, but also an objective requirement to improve the quality of social workers and train qualified workers. At present, the professional ethics level of many graduates of secondary vocational schools in China can not meet the requirements of employees' professional ethics. Many graduates are also difficult to adapt to the professional ethics requirements of enterprises and the society. The results of the survey on the employment of secondary vocational school graduates show that in the typical cases of graduates' employment failure. 40% is because the graduate's sense of responsibility is not strong, does not abide by the enterprise discipline, does not have the professionalism; About 20% is because the employed are afraid of hardship and are not qualified for the duties of the post; Another 40% are because graduates are too fussy about the work environment, putting forward unrealistic expectations; And almost no graduates are dismissed by employers because of the lack of professional level and ability. It can be seen that secondary vocational graduates are not lack of professional skills and skills, but as front-line practitioners of the ideological preparation. It is the lack of professional ethics and norms of the front-line staff. The professional orientation of these graduates is obviously different from the demand for talents and the cultivation goal of the school. Especially in the practice ability and the professional ethics level aspect disparity is obvious. The theoretical circle has carried on the related research to the secondary vocational school student's moral education from many angles, has obtained the rich research result. However, due to the existing problems and their causes in the current secondary vocational education of the specific analysis is not deep enough, resulting in the proposed strategies and methods of secondary vocational students' moral education is not enough detailed and systematic. Lack of maneuverability and pertinence, especially in the current secondary vocational school graduates facing a severe employment situation, the ideological and moral requirements of students and students do not want to match the quality of the situation. It is very important to systematically study and analyze the moral education of secondary vocational students. This paper mainly adopts the method of combining empirical research and normative research, according to the logical sequence from theoretical analysis to empirical research. First of all. This paper studies the theory and literature about moral education of secondary vocational school students in turn. Secondly, the article analyzes the characteristics of secondary vocational education, the characteristics and current situation of moral education in secondary vocational education; Thirdly, based on the investigation of moral education in more than ten secondary vocational schools, this paper investigates the problems existing in moral education in secondary vocational schools. Finally, on the basis of empirical investigation, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the moral education of secondary vocational school students. The main contents include: the secondary vocational school should attach importance to the moral education of students. To establish a reasonable evaluation mechanism for secondary vocational students, pay attention to the mental health education of secondary vocational students, and use the network to carry out ideological and moral education for secondary vocational students.
