【摘要】：20世紀(jì)三四十年代,隨著紅幫西服業(yè)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,傳統(tǒng)藝徒制的技術(shù)傳承方式開始限制行業(yè)的發(fā)展。紅幫裁縫以西方職業(yè)教育為參照,從創(chuàng)辦西服裁剪補(bǔ)習(xí)學(xué)校到正規(guī)的工藝職業(yè)學(xué)校,大膽實(shí)踐現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育方式。他們革除傳統(tǒng)藝徒制度的創(chuàng)新精神、教學(xué)管理與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)等都是一筆寶貴財富,值得當(dāng)代服裝職業(yè)教育借鑒。
[Abstract]:In 20th century, with the continuous expansion of the scale of the Red Gang suit industry, the technical inheritance of the traditional art apprentice system began to restrict the development of the industry. The Red Gang tailor took the Western vocational education as a reference. From the establishment of tutoring school to the formal vocational school, the bold practice of modern vocational education, they get rid of the innovative spirit of the traditional artists system, teaching management and practical experience are valuable wealth. It is worth learning from the vocational education of contemporary clothing.
