【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,特別是生產(chǎn)第一線的高質(zhì)量人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益突出,而這些人才的培養(yǎng),主要是由中職學(xué)校所擔(dān)負(fù)。高質(zhì)量的人才不僅要具備高水平的職業(yè)技能,而更應(yīng)該具有愛(ài)崗敬業(yè)、誠(chéng)實(shí)守信、積極進(jìn)取的職業(yè)道德。 職業(yè)教育是我國(guó)教育的重要組成部分,是辦好人民滿意教育的重要內(nèi)容,是我國(guó)工業(yè)化城鎮(zhèn)化快速發(fā)展的緊迫需求,對(duì)于轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式、促進(jìn)就業(yè)和改善民生具有重大意義。校企合作作為職業(yè)學(xué)校發(fā)展的模式,不僅可以提高學(xué)生的專業(yè)技能,更重要的是可以提高學(xué)生的職業(yè)道德水平。 本文通過(guò)閱讀大量的文獻(xiàn)資料和調(diào)查分析,論證了校企合作培養(yǎng)學(xué)生職業(yè)道德存在的若干問(wèn)題及對(duì)策。本論文共五個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章為緒論部分,介紹了論文選題的背景、選題的意義、課題的研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法和論文的創(chuàng)新與不足。第二章主要闡述了中職學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育的問(wèn)題,包括企業(yè)反映的中職畢業(yè)生、學(xué)校教育、及校企銜接的職業(yè)道德教育的問(wèn)題。第三章主要分析了中職學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育問(wèn)題的成因,從與企業(yè)合作、社會(huì)環(huán)境及職業(yè)學(xué)校自身的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了研究。第四章主要論述了加強(qiáng)校企合作,改善職業(yè)道德教育的若干對(duì)策,多方面多角度的進(jìn)行了論述。第五章為結(jié)束語(yǔ),總結(jié)了職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作培養(yǎng)學(xué)生職業(yè)道德的重要性和在職業(yè)教育中的位置。 職業(yè)道德是無(wú)形的生產(chǎn)力,現(xiàn)在和將來(lái)都應(yīng)該是我們學(xué)校和企業(yè)共同研究的重要課題。
[Abstract]:In today ' s world , with the rapid development of the economy , the competition of talents becomes more and more intense , especially the competition of high - quality talents who produce the first line is increasingly prominent , and the cultivation of these talents is mainly due to the middle - vocational school . High - quality talents not only have high - level vocational skills , but also should have the professional ethics of caring for the job , being honest and trustworthy and enterprising . Vocational education is an important part of our country ' s education . It is an important part of the rapid development of industrialization in our country . It is an urgent demand for the rapid development of industrialization in our country . It is of great significance to transform the way of economic development , promote employment and improve the livelihood of people . This paper discusses some problems and countermeasures of cultivating students ' professional ethics through reading a large number of documents and investigation . Chapter One is the introduction part , introduces the background of the topic , the significance of the topic , the research situation , the research method and the paper ' s innovation and deficiency . Professional ethics is an invisible productive force . Now and in the future , it is an important task for our schools and enterprises to study together .
