構(gòu)建中職機電技術(shù)專業(yè)工作過程導(dǎo)向的實訓(xùn)教學(xué)模式

【摘要】:21世紀以來,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,中國的經(jīng)濟取得了驕人的成績。社會和經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展使得企業(yè)對技能型、技術(shù)型人才的需求量大增,尤其是機電技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)的高技能人才社會需求量較大,而我國的中等職業(yè)學(xué)校機電技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)在培養(yǎng)這類人才中起著重要的作用。但是,目前的中等職業(yè)學(xué)校在人才培養(yǎng)中存在著重理論、輕實踐的現(xiàn)象,教學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)中對學(xué)生的技術(shù)、技能的提高起著決定性作用的實訓(xùn)教學(xué)卻沒有給以足夠的重視,導(dǎo)致培養(yǎng)的學(xué)生其機電技術(shù)操作能力、實踐技能差,不能滿足企業(yè)機電技術(shù)崗位的要求,沒有培養(yǎng)出社會需求的機電技術(shù)人才。針對上述問題,為提高機電技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)的實訓(xùn)教學(xué)質(zhì)量,培養(yǎng)出適合企業(yè)機電技術(shù)生產(chǎn)工作崗位要求的機電技術(shù)人才,以職業(yè)教育教學(xué)理論為指導(dǎo),開展對中職機電技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)工作過程導(dǎo)向的實訓(xùn)教學(xué)模式進行研究。 本文在論述中等職業(yè)學(xué)校機電技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)目標、專業(yè)特色、學(xué)生特點和實訓(xùn)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,指出了中職機電技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)實訓(xùn)教學(xué)中存在著實訓(xùn)教學(xué)內(nèi)容單一、實訓(xùn)教學(xué)過程不連續(xù)、實訓(xùn)教學(xué)講多練少和實訓(xùn)教學(xué)考核不合理等不適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代機電技術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)的問題。針對實訓(xùn)教學(xué)的問題,以工作過程導(dǎo)向教學(xué)理論為指導(dǎo),探討工作過程導(dǎo)向的實訓(xùn)教學(xué)模式的構(gòu)建問題,分析了中職機電技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)課程和實訓(xùn)的關(guān)系,強調(diào)中職機電技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)的實訓(xùn)教學(xué)要注重工作過程化,要改變實訓(xùn)教學(xué)中“教”和“學(xué)”的方式,實現(xiàn)學(xué)生的知識和能力的更好結(jié)合。最后文章以本校的機電技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)《機械加工基礎(chǔ)》實訓(xùn)課程為例,把工廠實際加工產(chǎn)品為實訓(xùn)項目引入到實訓(xùn)教學(xué)中,采用了工作過程導(dǎo)向的實訓(xùn)教學(xué)模式,以具體實例展示了工作過程導(dǎo)向的實訓(xùn)教學(xué)模式的實施過程。 中職機電技術(shù)應(yīng)用專業(yè)的工作過程導(dǎo)向的實訓(xùn)教學(xué)模式改變了傳統(tǒng)教師的教學(xué)方式和學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式,注重實訓(xùn)教學(xué)內(nèi)容的工作過程化,,縮短學(xué)生就業(yè)后的定崗適應(yīng)期,逐步實現(xiàn)學(xué)校與企業(yè)的無縫對接,對于提高中職機電專業(yè)學(xué)生的就業(yè)能力起到了一個至關(guān)重要的作用。本研究成果將為我校其他專業(yè)的實訓(xùn)課程的進一步改革提供參考。
[Abstract]:Since twenty-first Century, with the rapid development of science and technology, China economy has made remarkable achievements. The development of society and economy makes the enterprise demand for skilled, technical talents increase, especially the social demand for high skilled talents of professional mechanical and electrical technology greatly, while China's medium occupation school of mechanical and electrical technology application in the professional training of these personnel plays an important role. However, the medium occupation school is focused on Theory in talent cultivation, light practice, the students technical skills to improve teaching structure, plays a decisive role in the practical teaching did not give enough attention to the students of the mechanical and electrical technical skills, practical skills, can not meet the business requirements of mechanical and electrical technology, did not produce the social demand of mechanical and electrical technology talents. To solve these problems, in order to improve the mechanical and electrical technology The teaching quality of practical training is applied to train electromechanical technology talents suitable for the mechanical and electrical technology production jobs of enterprises. Guided by vocational education and teaching theory, a practical teaching mode of working process oriented for electromechanical technology application specialty is studied.
This paper discusses the training goal, medium occupation school of mechanical and electrical technology application professional characteristics, basic characteristics and current situation of practical teaching of students, points out the practical application of secondary professional mechanical and electrical technology exist in teaching training single teaching content, practice teaching is not continuous, practical teaching and less teaching and more practice training teaching assessment unreasonable etc. to adapt to the modern mechanical and electrical technology training. According to the practical teaching problems in the work process oriented teaching theory, to explore the construction of the work process oriented teaching model, analyzes the relationship between the mechanical and electrical technology professional courses and training, emphasis on vocational training teaching of Electromechanical Technology application professional should pay attention to the working process. To change the practice teaching of "teaching" and "learning", the realization of students' knowledge and ability. Finally, in order to better integrate the school The electromechanical technology application professional mechanical processing based training course < > as an example, the actual processing plant products for the training project into practical teaching, the work process oriented teaching model, an example shows the work process oriented teaching mode of the implementation process.
The work process oriented teaching mode of vocational training professional mechanical and electrical technology has changed the traditional teaching methods and learning methods, the work is emphasized in the process of teaching contents, shorten the students' employment posts after the adaptation period, and gradually realize the seamless docking of schools and enterprises, to a crucial role in improving students' the Electromechanical Specialty in secondary vocational schools employment ability. The results of this study will further reform the curriculum for other professional school training to provide reference.
