【摘要】:職業(yè)教育是我國教育體系中的重要組成部分,其培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)數(shù)以億計(jì)的高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者和數(shù)以千萬計(jì)的高技能專門人才。企業(yè)在職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)方面有著先天的優(yōu)勢。近年來,企業(yè)在職業(yè)教育中的重要作用已得到普遍認(rèn)可,企業(yè)與職業(yè)學(xué)校在人才培養(yǎng)方面的合作也取得了一定的成績。但是,由于外部政策、法律不完善以及企業(yè)與其他職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)參與者之間合作不緊密等方面的原因,企業(yè)在人才培養(yǎng)中發(fā)揮的作用不是很顯著,而且效果不佳,這也就導(dǎo)致職業(yè)學(xué)校培養(yǎng)的人才與企業(yè)的實(shí)際用人需求不匹配。因此,從企業(yè)、政府、職業(yè)學(xué)校和行業(yè)四方面共同著手,對職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行完善,成為提高職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵。 本文對國內(nèi)外企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析、研究,,國外部分選取了德國、澳大利亞和英國這些具有代表性的國家進(jìn)行研究,國內(nèi)著重分析了“企業(yè)配合”模式、“校企聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)”模式和“校企實(shí)體合作”模式。并從企業(yè)的角度出發(fā),運(yùn)用博弈論的兩個(gè)典型模型對企業(yè)與職業(yè)學(xué)校、企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間的博弈行為進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)出當(dāng)前我國企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)中存在的問題如下:相關(guān)法律不完善、激勵(lì)政策不完善、缺乏對企業(yè)的資格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的限定等等。 針對目前職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式中的問題,提出了以下建議:首先,通過完善《職業(yè)教育法》,頒布針對企業(yè)的單行法以完善職業(yè)教育的法律體系;其次,從增強(qiáng)激勵(lì)政策的可操作性,完善激勵(lì)政策的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,在政策中明確企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)的資格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)三方面入手完善相關(guān)政策;最后,加強(qiáng)、完善企業(yè)與行業(yè)、職業(yè)學(xué)校等職業(yè)教育其他參與者之間在專業(yè)設(shè)置、課程開發(fā)、實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和質(zhì)量評估方面的合作。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is an important part of our country's education system. Its training goal is to train hundreds of millions of high-quality workers and tens of millions of highly skilled professionals. Enterprises in vocational education personnel training has a congenital advantage in recent years. The important role of enterprises in vocational education has been generally recognized, and the cooperation between enterprises and vocational schools in personnel training has also made certain achievements. However, due to external policies. The law is imperfect and the cooperation between enterprises and other vocational education personnel training participants is not close, the role of enterprises in talent training is not very significant, and the effect is not good. Therefore, from the enterprise, the government, the vocational school and the industry four aspects of joint efforts to improve the mode of vocational education talent training. To become the key to improve the quality of vocational education personnel training. This paper analyzes the current situation of the domestic and foreign enterprises participating in the vocational education talent training model, the foreign part of the selected Germany, Australia and the United Kingdom as the representative countries to study. This paper mainly analyzes the models of "cooperation of enterprises", "joint cultivation of schools and enterprises" and "cooperation of entities of schools and enterprises". From the angle of enterprises, two typical models of game theory are applied to enterprises and vocational schools. This paper analyzes the game behavior between enterprises and summarizes the existing problems of enterprises participating in the training of talents in vocational education in our country as follows: the relevant laws are not perfect and the incentive policies are not perfect. Lack of qualification criteria for enterprises and so on. In view of the problems in the training mode of vocational education talents at present, the following suggestions are put forward: firstly, by perfecting the Vocational Education Law, the author promulgates a separate law for enterprises to perfect the legal system of vocational education; Secondly, improve the relevant policies from three aspects: enhancing the operability of incentive policies, perfecting the relevant contents of incentive policies, and clarifying the qualification criteria of enterprises participating in the training of vocational education talents; Finally, we should strengthen and perfect the cooperation among other participants in vocational education, such as enterprises and industries, vocational schools and so on, in the aspects of professional setting, curriculum development, practice and training base construction, teachers' construction and quality evaluation.
