【摘要】：建設(shè)一支高素質(zhì)的幼兒教師隊(duì)伍是學(xué)前教育事業(yè)健康發(fā)展的保證。在幼兒教師職業(yè)化教育過(guò)程中,通過(guò)塑造積極人格、提升自我效能、建構(gòu)有力的社會(huì)支持系統(tǒng)等途徑,注重幼兒教師心理彈性培養(yǎng)與提升,增強(qiáng)幼兒教師心理彈性水平,是減少幼兒園暴力事件的有效應(yīng)對(duì)措施之一。
[Abstract]:The construction of a high-quality preschool teachers is the guarantee of the healthy development of preschool education. In the process of professional education of preschool teachers, by means of shaping positive personality, promoting self-efficacy and constructing a strong social support system, we should pay attention to the cultivation and promotion of preschool teachers' psychoelasticity, and enhance the level of preschool teachers' psychological elasticity. It is one of the effective measures to reduce violence in kindergarten.
