上海市幼兒園園長(zhǎng)危機(jī)管理的意識(shí)和行為研究

【摘要】: 幼兒園危機(jī)是發(fā)生在幼兒園內(nèi)或者與幼兒園成員有關(guān),是已經(jīng)爆發(fā)的或潛伏尚未發(fā)作的,對(duì)幼兒園的聲譽(yù)、運(yùn)作或部分幼兒園成員造成或?qū)?huì)造成嚴(yán)重影響的突發(fā)事件、意外事故或演變趨向。幼兒園危機(jī)對(duì)幼兒和幼兒園都產(chǎn)生極大的影響,而園長(zhǎng)的危機(jī)意識(shí)和管理行為對(duì)危機(jī)管理和幼兒園工作開(kāi)展及幼兒的安全有至關(guān)重要的作用。本研究聚焦于上海市幼兒園園長(zhǎng)危機(jī)意識(shí)和行為的研究,涵蓋了幼兒園危機(jī)的內(nèi)涵、管理現(xiàn)狀,以及管理實(shí)施的建議等。 本研究采用了問(wèn)卷法和訪談法。問(wèn)卷主要從兩個(gè)維度即意識(shí)和行為維度,對(duì)園長(zhǎng)危機(jī)管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。意識(shí)維度調(diào)查了園長(zhǎng)對(duì)危機(jī)管理的重視程度、危機(jī)類型的認(rèn)識(shí)、危機(jī)預(yù)防意識(shí),及對(duì)天災(zāi)造成的危機(jī)的認(rèn)識(shí)。行為維度主要調(diào)查了危機(jī)的宣傳和培訓(xùn),各種危機(jī)類型的演習(xí),危機(jī)教育的開(kāi)展情況及實(shí)際工作中對(duì)危機(jī)事件的考量。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn),園長(zhǎng)危機(jī)管理意識(shí)相對(duì)比較強(qiáng),表現(xiàn)在園長(zhǎng)比較重視危機(jī)管理;基本能理性認(rèn)識(shí)由天災(zāi)和人禍造成的危機(jī);認(rèn)為危機(jī)預(yù)防很有必要等幾個(gè)方面。園長(zhǎng)危機(jī)管理行為還有待進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng),表現(xiàn)在危機(jī)的宣傳和培訓(xùn)還不充分;只是針對(duì)某些危機(jī)類型做了演習(xí)(如火災(zāi));危機(jī)學(xué)習(xí)中的機(jī)會(huì)把握不足;危機(jī)教育開(kāi)展較少。研究還對(duì)意識(shí)和行為層面出現(xiàn)的落差進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,結(jié)果顯示幼兒園理論研究中鮮有危機(jī)管理的內(nèi)容,在操作中很難看到實(shí)際效果是主要因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)在這兩個(gè)維度上,不同級(jí)別幼兒園差異不大。 研究對(duì)園長(zhǎng)如何開(kāi)展危機(jī)管理給出了建議,包括強(qiáng)化危機(jī)意識(shí),對(duì)管理行為進(jìn)行反思;肯定園長(zhǎng)在危機(jī)教育中的作用之后,給出危機(jī)教育開(kāi)展建議;建議園長(zhǎng)爭(zhēng)取家庭和社區(qū)的支持,為危機(jī)管理的實(shí)施提供支持條件。
[Abstract]:A kindergarten crisis that occurs in, or is related to, a kindergarten member, is an outbreak or latent emergency that has caused or will have a serious impact on the reputation, operation or some members of the kindergarten. An accident or an evolutional trend. The crisis of kindergarten has a great influence on children and kindergartens. The crisis consciousness and management behavior of the head of kindergarten play an important role in the development of crisis management and kindergarten work as well as the safety of young children. This study focuses on the crisis awareness and behavior of kindergarten directors in Shanghai, covering the connotation of kindergarten crisis, the present situation of management, and suggestions for management implementation. In this study, questionnaire method and interview method were used. The questionnaire mainly from two dimensions, namely, consciousness and behavior, to investigate the current situation of the crisis management of the head of the garden. The consciousness dimension investigates the importance of crisis management, the understanding of crisis types, the awareness of crisis prevention, and the understanding of the crisis caused by natural disasters. The behavior dimension mainly investigates the propaganda and training of crisis, the exercises of various types of crisis, the development of crisis education and the consideration of crisis events in practical work. It is found that the head of the school has a relatively strong sense of crisis management, which is manifested in his emphasis on crisis management; the rational understanding of the crisis caused by natural disasters and man-made disasters; and the necessity of crisis prevention. The teacher's crisis management behavior still needs to be further strengthened, as reflected in the insufficient propaganda and training of the crisis; only some types of crisis have been drilled (such as fire); the opportunities of crisis learning have not been grasped sufficiently; and the crisis education has not been carried out. The results show that there is little content of crisis management in the theoretical research of kindergarten, and it is difficult to see that the actual effect is the main factor in the operation. The study found that in these two dimensions, different levels of kindergarten have little difference. The research gives some suggestions on how to carry out crisis management, including strengthening crisis consciousness, reflecting on management behavior, affirming the role of kindergarten director in crisis education, and giving suggestions for crisis education. It is suggested that the director should seek the support of family and community to provide support for the implementation of crisis management.
