幼兒園“師帶徒”存在的問(wèn)題及其對(duì)策研究

【摘要】: 幼兒園課程改革的逐步深入,為幼兒園和教師專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)帶來(lái)了前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也提出了巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。促進(jìn)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)成為人們關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)!皫煄健弊鳛橐环N重要的幼兒園本位的教師培訓(xùn)方式,不管是對(duì)入職初期新教師還是經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的老教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)都有促進(jìn)作用,滿足了教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展的時(shí)代要求。本論文立足于當(dāng)前幼兒園“師帶徒”的發(fā)展實(shí)際,在實(shí)踐研究的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納分析了幼兒園“師帶徒”目前存在的問(wèn)題,并提出發(fā)展建議。 論文主要由三部分構(gòu)成: 第一部分:問(wèn)題的提出。提出了幼兒園開(kāi)展“師帶徒”的意義,對(duì)以往相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了綜述,并簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明本論文的研究方法。 第二部分:分析幼兒園“師帶徒”開(kāi)展的現(xiàn)狀,闡述幼兒園“師帶徒”在實(shí)踐中存在的問(wèn)題。主要包括思想認(rèn)識(shí)片面,忽視教學(xué)相長(zhǎng);制度不規(guī)范,結(jié)對(duì)不民主;領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不重視,過(guò)程管理不到位;評(píng)價(jià)方式不科學(xué)、獎(jiǎng)懲制度不明確幾個(gè)方面。 第三部分:針對(duì)問(wèn)題,提出解決策略,包括:形成對(duì)“師帶徒”全面認(rèn)識(shí)的策略;完善“師帶徒”制度的策略;加強(qiáng)過(guò)程管理的策略;建立教師成長(zhǎng)檔案袋的策略。
[Abstract]:The gradual deepening of curriculum reform in kindergartens has brought unprecedented opportunities for the professional growth of kindergartens and teachers, as well as great challenges. To promote the professional growth of teachers has become the focus of attention. As an important way of teacher training based on kindergarten, "teacher with apprentice" can promote the professional growth of new teachers and experienced old teachers, and meet the needs of teachers' professional development. This paper is based on the development practice of "teachers and disciples" in kindergarten at present, on the basis of practical research, this paper sums up and analyzes the problems existing in kindergarten "teachers and students", and puts forward some suggestions for development. The thesis is mainly composed of three parts: the first part: put forward the problem. This paper puts forward the significance of carrying out "teacher leading students" in kindergarten, summarizes the previous researches, and briefly explains the research methods of this paper. The second part: analyzes the present situation of kindergarten "teacher leading students", expounds the problems of kindergarten "teacher leading students" in practice. It mainly includes one-sided thinking and neglecting teaching; the system is not standardized and paired is not democratic; the leadership does not attach importance to the process management is not in place; the evaluation method is not scientific; the reward and punishment system is not clear several aspects. The third part: in view of the problem, puts forward the solution strategy, including: the strategy of forming a comprehensive understanding of "teacher leading students"; the strategy of perfecting the system of "teacher leading student"; the strategy of strengthening process management; and the strategy of establishing teacher growth portfolio.
