【摘要】：民辦幼兒園教師是教師團(tuán)隊(duì)當(dāng)中的重要組成部分,為我國(guó)的教育事業(yè)做出了重大的貢獻(xiàn).伴隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展以及人們科學(xué)教育意識(shí)的不斷進(jìn)步,幼兒園教育事業(yè)將會(huì)有一個(gè)新的發(fā)展高峰,民辦幼兒園為國(guó)家教育事業(yè)做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn),但是民辦幼兒園教師依法執(zhí)教問(wèn)題卻屢屢登上各大新聞媒體,這說(shuō)明在現(xiàn)階段的幼兒園教育中還存在諸多問(wèn)題.特別是在民辦幼兒園中,幼兒園教師依法執(zhí)教的現(xiàn)狀以及出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題值得我們深思,并且應(yīng)該及時(shí)給出一定的應(yīng)對(duì)措施.
[Abstract]:Private kindergarten teachers are an important part of the teacher team, and have made great contributions to the educational cause of our country. With the development of economy and the progress of people's consciousness of science education, kindergarten education will have a new development peak, and private kindergartens have made great contributions to the national education. However, the problem of teachers teaching in private kindergartens according to law is frequently on the news media, which shows that there are still many problems in kindergarten education at the present stage. Especially in the private kindergartens, the present situation and problems of kindergarten teachers teaching according to law are worth pondering, and some countermeasures should be given in time.
