【摘要】：幼兒園混齡教育的園本化,需要借助自然的教育生態(tài)環(huán)境實現(xiàn)教育目標指向的轉(zhuǎn)變,從關注知識技能目標轉(zhuǎn)向更為重視幼兒情感態(tài)度與社會性的發(fā)展;依據(jù)幼兒混齡的生活場景實現(xiàn)課程內(nèi)容的整合;以分組或個別的學習形式實現(xiàn)幼兒個性化的發(fā)展;借助環(huán)境中的人際優(yōu)勢實現(xiàn)環(huán)境資源的運用;通過動態(tài)的課程建構(gòu)實現(xiàn)教師實踐反思能力的提升,實現(xiàn)教師的專業(yè)成長。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the change of educational goal with the help of natural educational ecological environment, the kindergarten education of mixed age needs to change from paying attention to the goal of knowledge and skill to paying more attention to the development of emotional attitude and sociality of young children. To realize the integration of curriculum content according to the life scene of children's mixed ages, to realize the development of children's individuation by grouping or individual learning forms, to realize the use of environmental resources with the help of interpersonal advantages in the environment; Through dynamic curriculum construction, teachers' ability of practical reflection can be improved and teachers' professional growth can be realized.
