大班兒童同伴群體的個(gè)案研究

【摘要】: 本研究運(yùn)用質(zhì)的研究方法,考察了大班兒童同伴群體的形成、群體的關(guān)系結(jié)構(gòu)、群體的維系、群體中的規(guī)則等維度。研究者選取了四個(gè)個(gè)案,進(jìn)行了描述與分析,并得出了一些結(jié)論。 研究者參考了社會(huì)學(xué)、教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)等學(xué)科對(duì)相關(guān)概念的界定,對(duì)本研究的關(guān)鍵詞進(jìn)行了描述性定義:本研究中的同伴群體是指兒童自發(fā)、自愿形成的,有一定組織結(jié)構(gòu)的三人及三人以上的人群集合。 研究者對(duì)原始資料進(jìn)行了整理,形成了四個(gè)個(gè)案的文本,通過對(duì)文本進(jìn)一步的分析和討論,得到以下結(jié)論:1、兒童的年齡發(fā)展特征、性格及地位的相似性、合作情境中的共同游戲、核心人物的作用等因素共同影響兒童同伴群體的形成;2、大班兒童同伴群體的規(guī)模以4-5人為主,有的群體有1—2個(gè)外圍人;3、大班兒童的同伴群體既具有積極功能,同時(shí)又有一定的消極功能;4、大班兒童同伴群體具有以下特點(diǎn):每個(gè)群體中有固定的核心人物和追隨者,,核心人物的地位高于追隨者,但是追隨者間地位基本平等;排斥和接納是兒童同伴群體中的普遍現(xiàn)象;兒童同伴群體的性別分離現(xiàn)象明顯,男孩和女孩群體具有不同的群體文化;兒童同伴群體大多是基于友誼關(guān)系形成的;兒童的同伴群體中有成員交叉現(xiàn)象; 最后研究者從保護(hù)兒童同伴群體的文化生態(tài)的角度提出了一些教育啟示,并從研究者個(gè)人的傾向和研究者的責(zé)任兩方面對(duì)研究進(jìn)行了反思。
[Abstract]:In this study, qualitative methods were used to investigate the dimensions of peer group formation, group relationship structure, group maintenance, and rules in large class children. Four cases were selected, described and analyzed, and some conclusions were drawn. Referring to the definitions of related concepts in sociology, pedagogy and psychology, the researcher defines the key words in this study as follows: the peer group in this study refers to the spontaneous and voluntary formation of children. A crowd of three or more with a certain organizational structure. The researchers collated the original data and formed the text of four cases. Through further analysis and discussion of the text, the following conclusions were drawn: 1. The characteristics of age development, the similarity of personality and status of children. The common game in the cooperative situation and the role of the key characters influence the formation of children's peer group together; 2, the scale of peer group of large class children is mainly 4-5 people, some groups have 1-2 peripheral people, 3, the peer group of large class children has both positive function and certain negative function. (4) the peer group of large class children has the following characteristics: each group has a fixed core character and follower, the status of the core character is higher than that of the follower, but the status among the followers is basically equal; Exclusion and acceptance is a common phenomenon in children's peer groups; the gender segregation of children's peer groups is obvious, boys and girls have different group cultures, and children's peer groups are mostly formed on the basis of friendship. Children's peer groups have the phenomenon of cross-membership; Finally, the researcher puts forward some educational enlightenment from the angle of protecting the cultural ecology of children's peer group, and reflects on the research from two aspects: the researcher's personal tendency and the researcher's responsibility.
