領(lǐng)域教學(xué)知識(shí)視角下學(xué)前教師培訓(xùn)效能提升路徑探析

【摘要】:領(lǐng)域教學(xué)知識(shí)(PCK)是教師在教學(xué)過(guò)程中融合學(xué)科與教學(xué)知識(shí)而形成的一種特殊知識(shí)與能力,它是教師特有的、影響教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的關(guān)鍵因素所在。從提升教師PCK的視角出發(fā),探索學(xué)前教師培訓(xùn)效能提升路徑:"走進(jìn)"幼兒園,基于情境案例梳理核心經(jīng)驗(yàn);重構(gòu)新經(jīng)驗(yàn),借鑒工作坊模式激發(fā)互動(dòng)式參與;組建學(xué)習(xí)共同體,創(chuàng)設(shè)開放性支持環(huán)境促進(jìn)合作性學(xué)習(xí);螺旋式上升,構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)追蹤機(jī)制促進(jìn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Domain teaching knowledge (PCK) is a kind of special knowledge and ability formed by teachers' integration of subject and teaching knowledge in the process of teaching. It is unique to teachers and the key factor influencing teachers' professional growth. From the perspective of enhancing teachers' PCK, this paper explores the ways to improve the training efficiency of preschool teachers: "go into" kindergartens, comb core experiences based on situational cases, reconstruct new experiences, and stimulate interactive participation based on workshop model. Set up learning community, create open support environment to promote cooperative learning, spiral rise, construct evaluation tracking mechanism to promote sustainable development.
