“幼兒園—家庭伙伴關(guān)系”的實踐研究

【摘要】: “幼兒園-家庭伙伴關(guān)系”是指在家長參與幼兒園教育的過程中,幼兒園和家庭、幼兒教師和家長之間建立的一種教育合作式的伙伴關(guān)系!坝變簣@-家庭伙伴關(guān)系”非常強調(diào)家長的參與以及幼兒園和家庭之間的合作,它是幼兒園和家庭在基于尊重、信任、溝通和協(xié)商的基礎(chǔ)之上,擁有共同的目的和價值觀,為著有利于幼兒的發(fā)展而建立的一種雙向互動、共同促進幼兒發(fā)展的一種合作關(guān)系。 對“幼兒園-家庭伙伴關(guān)系”進行研究旨在探尋“伙伴關(guān)系”的內(nèi)涵;分析幼兒園建立“幼兒園-家庭伙伴關(guān)系”存在的問題和影響因素;提出建立“幼兒園-家庭伙伴關(guān)系”的途徑和策略,以此豐富伙伴關(guān)系的理論和應(yīng)用的內(nèi)涵,并提供具體的操作方案參考;促進教師、家長和幼兒的共同成長,為深入系統(tǒng)地研究“幼兒園-家庭伙伴關(guān)系”在幼兒園的運用提供了理論和實踐探索的基礎(chǔ)。 本論文對國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于“伙伴關(guān)系”和“幼兒園-家庭伙伴關(guān)系”的研究成果進行了梳理和總結(jié),對這些研究成果進行了述評,闡述了這些研究成果對本研究的一些啟示。本論文還分別對生態(tài)學(xué)理論和家長參與理論進行了剖析。本論文在基于生態(tài)學(xué)理論和家長參與的理論知識基礎(chǔ)上,采用個案研究的方法,對個案幼兒園開展了關(guān)于“幼兒園-家庭伙伴關(guān)系”研究: (1)進行了“幼兒園-家庭伙伴關(guān)系”系統(tǒng)地探索性研究,包括:對個案幼兒園教師和家長關(guān)于“幼兒園-家庭伙伴關(guān)系”的觀點考察;對基于“幼兒園-家庭伙伴關(guān)系”的主題活動方案設(shè)計以及對建立“幼兒園-家庭伙伴關(guān)系”風(fēng)險的思考。 (2)在相關(guān)理論和前期系統(tǒng)地探索性研究實踐基礎(chǔ)之上,構(gòu)建了“幼兒園-家庭伙伴關(guān)系”模式的框架。 本論文還分別對師范院校師資培養(yǎng)和對幼兒園在職教師教育培訓(xùn)提出了一系列建議,希望能通過對“幼兒園-家庭伙伴關(guān)系”的研究探討,將幼兒園、家庭等各方面的力量集聚起來,形成教育的合力,更好的服務(wù)于幼兒的發(fā)展。 論文最后還指出了研究的創(chuàng)新性和不足,并提出了今后需要繼續(xù)研究的幾個問題。
[Abstract]:"Kindergarten-Family Partnership" refers to an educational partnership between kindergarten and family, kindergarten teachers and parents in the process of parents' participation in kindergarten education. The Kindergarten Family Partnership places great emphasis on parental participation and cooperation between kindergartens and families, which share a common purpose and values based on respect, trust, communication and consultation, In order to benefit the development of young children, a kind of two-way interaction is established, and a cooperative relationship is established to promote the development of young children. The purpose of this study is to explore the connotation of the "partnership", and to analyze the problems and influencing factors in the establishment of the "kindergarten-family partnership". This paper puts forward the way and strategy of establishing the "kindergarten family partnership", which enriches the connotation of the theory and application of the partnership, and provides the reference for the concrete operation scheme. Promoting the common growth of teachers, parents and young children provides a theoretical and practical basis for the in-depth and systematic study of the application of "Kindergarten Family Partnership" in kindergartens. This paper reviews and summarizes the research results of "Partnership" and "Kindergarten Family Partnership" by domestic and foreign scholars, and expounds the enlightenment of these research results to this study. This paper also analyzes the ecology theory and parental participation theory. Based on the ecological theory and the theory of parental participation, this paper adopts a case study method. A study on "Kindergarten Family Partnership" was carried out for case kindergartens: (1) A systematic exploratory study on "Kindergarten Family Partnership" was carried out. Including: a case of kindergarten teachers and parents on the "kindergarten-family partnership" point of view; The design of the thematic activity scheme based on the "kindergarten-family partnership" and the risk of establishing the "kindergarten-family partnership" are discussed. (2) on the basis of relevant theories and systematic exploratory research practice, the frame of "kindergarten-family partnership" model is constructed. This paper also puts forward a series of suggestions on teacher training and in-service teacher training in normal colleges, hoping to discuss the relationship between kindergarten and family. Family and other aspects of the forces gathered together to form a resultant force of education, better serve for the development of young children. Finally, the paper points out the innovation and deficiency of the research, and puts forward some problems that need to be further studied in the future.
