【摘要】：《教育部關(guān)于實施卓越教師培養(yǎng)計劃的意見》明確將"適應(yīng)學(xué)前教育改革發(fā)展要求,構(gòu)建厚基礎(chǔ)、強能力、重融合的培養(yǎng)體系,培養(yǎng)一批熱愛學(xué)前教育事業(yè)、綜合素質(zhì)全面、保教能力突出的卓越幼兒園教師"作為卓越幼兒教師的培養(yǎng)模式改革目標(biāo)。大慶師范學(xué)院在卓越教師培養(yǎng)工作中,通過確定卓越學(xué)前教師培養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式、構(gòu)建課程體系、加強師資隊伍建設(shè)、完善管理制度等措施,形成了一套獨具特色的園校協(xié)同育人機制。
