【摘要】：習(xí)得性無(wú)助是當(dāng)有機(jī)體獲得某些無(wú)法控制外部條件的經(jīng)驗(yàn)后所產(chǎn)生的一種無(wú)助或無(wú)奈的行為反應(yīng)。兒童習(xí)得性無(wú)助的形成原因復(fù)雜多樣,其中最為主要的原因是個(gè)體的歸因方式、早期經(jīng)歷、教養(yǎng)方式等。習(xí)得性無(wú)助的生理機(jī)制是兒童在感受到外部壓力無(wú)法控制之后,激活了大腦中縫背側(cè)聚集的5-羥色胺細(xì)胞所致。5-羥色胺細(xì)胞的活化是產(chǎn)生習(xí)得性無(wú)助的充分必要條件�？梢圆捎脷w因訓(xùn)練、榜樣示范、創(chuàng)造成功機(jī)會(huì)等措施緩解和治療兒童習(xí)得性無(wú)助。新近研究表明,環(huán)跑運(yùn)動(dòng)是一種廉價(jià)、便捷的有效緩解和治療兒童習(xí)得性無(wú)助的方法。這也就是說(shuō),適度的、科學(xué)的、持續(xù)的體育鍛煉對(duì)緩解和治療兒童習(xí)得性無(wú)助等情緒障礙問(wèn)題、提高兒童心理抗壓能力具有很好的效果。
[Abstract]:Learned helplessness is a kind of helpless or helpless behavioral response when an organism acquires some experience which can not control the external conditions. The causes of children's learning helplessness are complicated and varied, among which the main reasons are individual attribution, early experience, upbringing, etc. The physiological mechanism of learning helplessness is that the activation of serotonin cells in the dorsal raphe of the brain is caused by the activation of 5-hydroxytryptamine cells, which is a sufficient and necessary condition for the generation of learning helplessness after the children feel the external pressure is out of control. Attribution training, role models, and creating opportunities for success can be used to alleviate and treat children's learned helplessness. Recent studies have shown that running around is a cheap, convenient and effective way to relieve and treat children's learned helplessness. In other words, moderate, scientific and continuous physical exercise has a good effect on relieving and treating children's acquired helplessness and improving children's psychological stress resistance.
