西安市幼兒園教研工作現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與研究

【摘要】: 幼兒園教研是把關(guān)于幼兒園課程教學(xué)研究的立足點放在幼兒園,以解決幼兒園在新課程改革中所面對的各種具體的、實際的問題為對象,以幼兒園教師和保育員為研究主體,以促進(jìn)幼兒健康、主動、充分發(fā)展和教師專業(yè)成長為主要目的的一種研究性活動。將教學(xué)研究工作的重心下移到幼兒園的教學(xué)一線,形成與新課程相適應(yīng)的以園為本的教學(xué)研究制度,這是當(dāng)前我國幼兒園發(fā)展和教師專業(yè)成長的現(xiàn)實要求與緊迫任務(wù),也是深化幼兒園教學(xué)改革的方向和重點所在。因此,對西安市幼兒園教研問題的研究將具有特定的實際意義;谝陨锨闆r,本研究以西安市的九所幼兒園作為研究對象,,隨機(jī)選取了各園的副園長、保教主任、幼兒教師和保育員等共計290名,運用問卷調(diào)查、參與觀察與深入訪談的方法,考察西安市幼兒園教研工作的實際情況。 本文主要從現(xiàn)狀、問題與原因分析以及對策三個方面對西安市幼兒園教研工作的狀況做了全面的闡述。在對調(diào)查資料分析的基礎(chǔ)上,研究者總結(jié)出西安市幼兒園教研工作的現(xiàn)狀;通過實證調(diào)查、觀察與訪談的方法,揭示并剖析西安市幼兒園教研工作現(xiàn)存的問題以及問題產(chǎn)生的原因;最后,研究者對幼兒園合理科學(xué)有效地開展教研工作提出了比較具體的策略和建議。為提高幼兒園保育和教育質(zhì)量和促進(jìn)幼兒教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展提供一定的借鑒和啟示。
[Abstract]:Kindergarten teaching and research is based on the kindergarten curriculum teaching research in kindergarten, in order to solve the kindergarten in the new curriculum reform in the face of a variety of specific, practical problems as the object, with kindergarten teachers and nurseries as the main body of research. A research activity aimed at promoting children's health, initiative, full development and professional development of teachers. It is an urgent task to shift the focus of teaching research to the front line of kindergarten teaching and to form a teaching research system based on garden, which is suitable for the new curriculum. This is the realistic requirement and urgent task for the development of kindergartens and the professional growth of teachers in our country. It is also the direction and key point of deepening kindergarten teaching reform. Therefore, the study of kindergarten teaching and research in Xi'an will have specific practical significance. Based on the above situation, this study took nine kindergartens in Xi'an as the research object, and randomly selected 290 kindergarten directors, nursing directors, preschool teachers and nurseries, etc. Participate in observation and in-depth interview methods, investigate the actual situation of kindergarten teaching and research in Xi'an. This article mainly from the present situation, the question and the reason analysis as well as the countermeasure three aspects has made the comprehensive elaboration to the Xi'an kindergarten teaching and research work condition. Based on the analysis of the investigation data, the researcher sums up the present situation of the kindergarten teaching and research work in Xi'an, and through the empirical investigation, the methods of observation and interview, This paper reveals and analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the problems in the kindergarten teaching and research work in Xi'an. Finally, the researcher puts forward some specific strategies and suggestions for the reasonable, scientific and effective development of the teaching and research work in the kindergartens. To improve the quality of nursery care and education and to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers to provide some reference and inspiration.
