幼兒園園長(zhǎng)上崗培訓(xùn)方案的研究

【摘要】:在教育改革不斷深入的背景下,國(guó)家愈發(fā)重視學(xué)前教育并提出保證幼兒園教育質(zhì)量的要求。園長(zhǎng)作為幼兒園的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,對(duì)幼兒園改革與發(fā)展具有關(guān)鍵的影響力,因此具有專業(yè)素質(zhì)的人才擔(dān)任園長(zhǎng)顯得尤為重要。園長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)作為促進(jìn)園長(zhǎng)專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的重要途徑被寄予期待與厚望,園長(zhǎng)專業(yè)化需要專業(yè)化園長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn),尤其是針對(duì)職前預(yù)備期園長(zhǎng)開(kāi)展的園長(zhǎng)上崗培訓(xùn)是園長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)中的基礎(chǔ),做好園長(zhǎng)上崗培訓(xùn)是實(shí)現(xiàn)園長(zhǎng)專業(yè)化培訓(xùn)的開(kāi)端。然而,當(dāng)前開(kāi)展的園長(zhǎng)上崗培訓(xùn)與實(shí)現(xiàn)專業(yè)化培訓(xùn)水平還存在距離,其原因主要是園長(zhǎng)上崗培訓(xùn)方案的不完善。本研究基于園長(zhǎng)專業(yè)發(fā)展、園長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)及培訓(xùn)方案的理論研究,通過(guò)調(diào)查與分析園長(zhǎng)專業(yè)素質(zhì)、園長(zhǎng)上崗培訓(xùn)方案的現(xiàn)狀及園長(zhǎng)對(duì)上崗培訓(xùn)需求,進(jìn)而提出一份理想的園長(zhǎng)上崗培訓(xùn)方案。 本研究以上海市部分幼兒園園長(zhǎng)及部分職前預(yù)備期園長(zhǎng)為調(diào)查對(duì)象,通過(guò)整理分析文獻(xiàn)、問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù)和訪談資料,研究得出園長(zhǎng)上崗培訓(xùn)方案存在的問(wèn)題與原因、園長(zhǎng)上崗培訓(xùn)的實(shí)際需求,這為提出園長(zhǎng)上崗培訓(xùn)方案提供了理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)證依據(jù)。 在理論研究和實(shí)踐分析基礎(chǔ)上,本研究針對(duì)園長(zhǎng)上崗培訓(xùn)方案的培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)缺乏操作性、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容缺少適切性、培訓(xùn)方式缺乏有效性、培訓(xùn)時(shí)間不充足等問(wèn)題,結(jié)合園長(zhǎng)上崗培訓(xùn)的需求分析,對(duì)園長(zhǎng)上崗培訓(xùn)方案的培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、培訓(xùn)者、培訓(xùn)方式、培訓(xùn)時(shí)間等要素進(jìn)行分析,構(gòu)建理想的幼兒園園長(zhǎng)上崗培訓(xùn)方案。
[Abstract]:Under the background of educational reform, the country pays more and more attention to preschool education and puts forward the requirement of ensuring the quality of kindergarten education. As the leader of the kindergarten, the head of the kindergarten has a key influence on the reform and development of the kindergarten, so it is very important for the professional talents to be the head of the kindergarten. As an important way to promote the professional growth of the chief of the garden, the training of the chief of the garden is expected and expected. The specialization of the chief of the garden requires the training of the professional director, especially the induction training of the chief of the garden for the preparatory period of the pre-service period, which is the basis of the training of the chief of the garden. It is the beginning of realizing the professional training of the chief of the garden to do a good job in the post training of the chief of the garden. However, there is still a gap between the current induction training and the level of professional training, which is mainly due to the imperfection of the induction training program. This research is based on the professional development of the chief of the garden, the theoretical research of the training and training program of the director of the garden, through the investigation and analysis of the professional quality of the director of the garden, the present situation of the induction training scheme of the director of the garden and the demand of the director for the induction training. And then put forward an ideal training program for the head of the garden. Based on the investigation of some kindergarten directors in Shanghai and some heads of pre-service preparatory period, through the analysis of literature, questionnaire data and interview materials, the problems and reasons of the induction training program for kindergarten directors are obtained. The actual demand for the induction training provides a theoretical basis and an empirical basis for putting forward the induction training scheme. On the basis of theoretical research and practical analysis, this study aims at the lack of maneuverability of training objectives, lack of relevance of training contents, lack of effectiveness of training methods, insufficient training time, etc. Based on the demand analysis of the induction training, the paper analyzes the training objectives, training contents, trainers, training methods, training time and so on, and constructs an ideal induction training scheme for kindergarten directors.
