幼兒園園長上崗培訓方案的研究
[Abstract]:Under the background of educational reform, the country pays more and more attention to preschool education and puts forward the requirement of ensuring the quality of kindergarten education. As the leader of the kindergarten, the head of the kindergarten has a key influence on the reform and development of the kindergarten, so it is very important for the professional talents to be the head of the kindergarten. As an important way to promote the professional growth of the chief of the garden, the training of the chief of the garden is expected and expected. The specialization of the chief of the garden requires the training of the professional director, especially the induction training of the chief of the garden for the preparatory period of the pre-service period, which is the basis of the training of the chief of the garden. It is the beginning of realizing the professional training of the chief of the garden to do a good job in the post training of the chief of the garden. However, there is still a gap between the current induction training and the level of professional training, which is mainly due to the imperfection of the induction training program. This research is based on the professional development of the chief of the garden, the theoretical research of the training and training program of the director of the garden, through the investigation and analysis of the professional quality of the director of the garden, the present situation of the induction training scheme of the director of the garden and the demand of the director for the induction training. And then put forward an ideal training program for the head of the garden. Based on the investigation of some kindergarten directors in Shanghai and some heads of pre-service preparatory period, through the analysis of literature, questionnaire data and interview materials, the problems and reasons of the induction training program for kindergarten directors are obtained. The actual demand for the induction training provides a theoretical basis and an empirical basis for putting forward the induction training scheme. On the basis of theoretical research and practical analysis, this study aims at the lack of maneuverability of training objectives, lack of relevance of training contents, lack of effectiveness of training methods, insufficient training time, etc. Based on the demand analysis of the induction training, the paper analyzes the training objectives, training contents, trainers, training methods, training time and so on, and constructs an ideal induction training scheme for kindergarten directors.
