【摘要】：在城鄉(xiāng)教育一體化的背景下,農(nóng)村學(xué)前教育在受到黨和政府的重視之后,對于農(nóng)村教育區(qū)域的布局也進(jìn)行了合理、科學(xué)性的安排,同時(shí)公平的教育性質(zhì)促使農(nóng)村學(xué)前教育在城鄉(xiāng)教育一體化中的發(fā)展得到了較多的機(jī)遇,但由于農(nóng)村學(xué)前教育的思想觀念過于落后,教學(xué)管理制度也不合理,師資隊(duì)伍的質(zhì)量難以得到保證,再加上鄉(xiāng)土知識的荒漠化,使得農(nóng)村學(xué)前教育的發(fā)展面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。因此,結(jié)合城鄉(xiāng)學(xué)前教育一體化的背景對農(nóng)村學(xué)前教育面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行分析,提出一系列推動農(nóng)村學(xué)前教育發(fā)展的對策。
[Abstract]:In the context of the integration of urban and rural education, the rural pre-school education has been paid attention to by the Party and the government, and the layout of rural education areas has been rationally and scientifically arranged. At the same time, the fair nature of education promotes the development of rural preschool education in the integration of urban and rural education to get more opportunities, but because the ideology of pre-school education in rural areas is too backward, the teaching management system is also unreasonable. The quality of teachers is difficult to be guaranteed, and the desertification of local knowledge makes the development of pre-school education in rural areas face a great challenge. Therefore, based on the background of the integration of urban and rural preschool education, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges facing rural pre-school education, and puts forward a series of countermeasures to promote the development of rural pre-school education.
