意大利“瑞吉歐”小組合作學(xué)習(xí)方式研究

【摘要】: 瑞吉歐幼兒教育模式是20世紀(jì)最具影響力的幼兒教育實踐模式,在世界范圍內(nèi)產(chǎn)生了巨大影響,瑞吉歐學(xué)校被美國的《新聞周刊》評為“全世界最好的10所學(xué)!敝。“瑞吉歐”小組合作學(xué)習(xí)是瑞吉歐教育經(jīng)驗中的重要組成部分,其目標(biāo)是為了在小組成員中建立“知識共同體”和“民主參與共同體”;內(nèi)容涵蓋了認(rèn)知、情感和審美等方面;在小組組織過程中,采取兒童自主選擇和教師引導(dǎo)相結(jié)合的原則形成小組;評估方式以記錄小組合作學(xué)習(xí)的過程為主要評估工具,以小組成員的個體發(fā)展和集體發(fā)展并重。在小組合作學(xué)習(xí)中,幼兒既能挑戰(zhàn)自己的能力和變化學(xué)習(xí)節(jié)奏,操作各種實物材料,掌握相關(guān)知識,同時也獲得了充分和同伴、教師或其他人進(jìn)行交流、討論、合作和分享經(jīng)驗的機(jī)會,確保了幼兒認(rèn)知、情感和社會交往等方面能力的全面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展!叭鸺獨W”小組合作學(xué)習(xí)的理論與實踐也為我國幼兒園小組活動的開展提供了有益的借鑒和思考。 本論文結(jié)構(gòu)主要由三個部分構(gòu)成,第一部分是緒論,包括問題提出、研究目的與意義、研究內(nèi)容和方法、國內(nèi)外研究述評等,初步了解和認(rèn)識“瑞吉歐”教育體系和小組合作學(xué)習(xí)理論;第二部分是“瑞吉歐”小組合作學(xué)習(xí)實例研究,該部分是論文的主體部分,包括其發(fā)展歷程、小組合作學(xué)習(xí)實例分析,分析基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出“瑞吉歐”小組合作學(xué)習(xí)的特點以及對“瑞吉歐”小組合作學(xué)習(xí)特色的提煉,深刻理解和認(rèn)識“瑞吉歐”小組合作學(xué)習(xí)理論;第三部分是“瑞吉歐”小組合作學(xué)習(xí)對我國幼兒園的啟示,包括對我國幼兒園小組教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀的分析,在此基礎(chǔ)之上,作者從小組合作學(xué)習(xí)的目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容、組織形式、評價三個方面提出了一些建議和思考。
[Abstract]:Reggio's early childhood education model is the most influential one in the 20th century. It has had a great influence on the whole world. Reggio school was rated as one of the 10 best schools in the world by American Newsweek. The cooperative learning of the "Reggio" group is an important part of the educational experience of Reggio, the aim of which is to establish "knowledge community" and "democratic participation community" among the members of the group, covering cognitive, emotional and aesthetic aspects; In the process of group organization, the principle of the combination of children's self-selection and teachers' guidance was adopted to form a group, and the main evaluation tool was to record the process of group cooperative learning, and the individual development and collective development of group members were both emphasized. In group cooperative learning, young children can both challenge their ability and change their learning rhythm, operate various physical materials, acquire relevant knowledge, and have full communication and discussion with their peers, teachers or others. Opportunities for cooperation and sharing of experiences ensure the overall and coordinated development of young children's cognitive, emotional and social skills. The theory and practice of "Reggio" group cooperative learning also provide useful reference and reflection for the development of kindergarten group activities in China. The structure of this thesis is mainly composed of three parts. The first part is the introduction, including the questions raised, the purpose and significance of the research, the research contents and methods, the domestic and foreign research reviews, etc. The second part is the case study of "Reggio" group cooperative learning, which is the main part of the thesis, including its development course. On the basis of the analysis of group cooperative learning examples, the characteristics of "Reggio" group cooperative learning and the refining of "Reggio" group cooperative learning characteristics are summarized, and the theory of "Reggio" group cooperative learning is deeply understood and understood. The third part is the enlightenment of "Reggio" group cooperative learning to Chinese kindergartens, including the analysis of the present situation of kindergarten group teaching in our country. On the basis of this, the author analyzes the goal, content and organization form of group cooperative learning. Some suggestions and thoughts are put forward in three aspects of evaluation.
