余干縣農(nóng)村幼兒園教育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:學(xué)前教育是人生發(fā)展的奠基性教育,是基礎(chǔ)教育的基礎(chǔ),終身教育的開(kāi)端,是國(guó)民教育體系的重要組成部分,其對(duì)于促進(jìn)個(gè)體早期的全面健康發(fā)展,鞏固和提高九年義務(wù)教育質(zhì)量與效益,全面提升國(guó)民素質(zhì),促進(jìn)教育和社會(huì)公平,建設(shè)人力資源強(qiáng)國(guó)具有重要價(jià)值和意義。 改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),在黨和政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,依靠社會(huì)多方面力量,我國(guó)學(xué)前教育事業(yè)取得了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展。但是,近年來(lái),盡管在國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展、義務(wù)教育和高中教育取得很大進(jìn)展的形勢(shì)下,幼兒教育的發(fā)展特別是農(nóng)村幼兒教育的發(fā)展卻舉步維艱。農(nóng)村幼兒教育已成為我國(guó)整個(gè)教育體系的“短板”。 本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、觀察法、問(wèn)卷法、訪談法等研究方法,在客觀、全面地展現(xiàn)余干縣農(nóng)村幼兒園教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,比較準(zhǔn)確地揭示了余干縣農(nóng)村幼兒園教育存在幼教經(jīng)費(fèi)短缺、入園人數(shù)偏少、環(huán)境設(shè)施簡(jiǎn)陋、師資力量薄弱、教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量低等主要問(wèn)題;深入地分析了問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因,主要在于思想認(rèn)識(shí)片面、缺少財(cái)政投入、幼教規(guī)模偏小、教師權(quán)益難保、缺乏檢查督導(dǎo);進(jìn)而提出要從提高思想認(rèn)識(shí)、加大財(cái)政投入、改善辦學(xué)條件、加強(qiáng)隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、規(guī)范教學(xué)內(nèi)容、強(qiáng)化管理監(jiān)督等方面改進(jìn)余干縣農(nóng)村幼兒園教育現(xiàn)狀,以促進(jìn)農(nóng)村幼兒園教育健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Preschool education is the foundation of life development, the foundation of basic education, the beginning of lifelong education and the important part of national education system. It is of great value and significance to consolidate and improve the quality and benefit of nine-year compulsory education, to improve the national quality, to promote education and social equity, and to build a powerful country of human resources. Since the reform and opening up, under the leadership of the party and government, relying on various social forces, preschool education in China has made great progress. However, in recent years, despite the rapid development of national economy, compulsory education and high school education has made great progress, the development of early childhood education, especially in rural areas, is difficult. Rural early childhood education has become the "short board" of the whole education system of our country. In this paper, the methods of literature, observation, questionnaire and interview are used to show the present situation of rural kindergarten education in Yugan County objectively and comprehensively. The main problems of rural kindergarten education in Yugan County, such as shortage of funds for preschool education, small number of students in kindergarten, poor environmental facilities, weak teachers, low quality of education and teaching and so on, are revealed accurately, and the causes of the problems are analyzed deeply. It mainly lies in the one-sided ideological understanding, the lack of financial input, the small scale of preschool education, the difficult protection of teachers' rights and interests, and the lack of inspection and supervision; furthermore, it is proposed to improve the ideological understanding, increase financial investment, improve the conditions for running schools, and strengthen the building of the contingent. In order to promote the healthy development of rural kindergarten education, the present situation of rural kindergarten education in Yugan County should be improved by standardizing teaching contents and strengthening management and supervision.
