甘孜藏族自治州學(xué)前教育的現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題及對(duì)策

【摘要】:《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》出臺(tái)后,甘孜州學(xué)前教育發(fā)展取得了突出成績(jī),同時(shí)也暴露出一些問(wèn)題:農(nóng)牧區(qū)學(xué)前教育經(jīng)費(fèi)投入不足、學(xué)前教育辦學(xué)形式的區(qū)域適應(yīng)性有待進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)、師資專(zhuān)業(yè)化程度較低、課程適宜性仍待提高等。分析上述問(wèn)題的根源,應(yīng)完善學(xué)前教育財(cái)政投入體系、建立平民化的實(shí)用型學(xué)前教育機(jī)構(gòu)、力求職前與職后培訓(xùn)一體化和本土化、開(kāi)發(fā)適宜于區(qū)域內(nèi)學(xué)前兒童需要的課程及活動(dòng)等。
[Abstract]:After the introduction of the outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020), the development of pre-school education in Ganzi Prefecture has made outstanding achievements. At the same time, some problems have been exposed: the funds for preschool education in agricultural and pastoral areas are insufficient. The regional adaptability of preschool education form needs to be further enhanced, the degree of teacher specialization is low, and the curriculum suitability still needs to be improved. To analyze the root causes of the above problems, we should perfect the financial investment system of preschool education, establish a practical preschool education institution, and integrate and localize the pre-job and post-job training. Develop courses and activities appropriate to the needs of pre-school children in the region.
