幼兒園“家長園地”的研究

【摘要】: 幼兒園“家長園地”是家園合作的重要形式,本論文以“家長園地”為研究對象,首先介紹了研究的背景,闡述了“家長園地”的涵義,論述了本研究的意義。 其次,本文從心理學、教育學、社會學三個角度闡述了研究的理論基礎;從形式、內容、功能等方面回顧了國內外學者對“家長園地”所進行的研究。 再次,結合本研究的目的隨機選取上海市9個區(qū)的17所不同級別、不同類型的幼兒園,通過觀察法、訪談法、實物分析法,從形式、名稱、內容、功能、更換頻率、功能發(fā)揮的影響因素等方面對幼兒園“家長園地”進行了資料收集和分析。研究結果表明,“家長園地”在設計和運用上的發(fā)展與優(yōu)化主要表現(xiàn)在:名稱新穎,富于創(chuàng)新;內容較豐實、語言親切,能考慮到不同家長的需求;設計布局注重精美性,顏色鮮艷,外觀新穎等!凹议L園地”設計和運用上的不足主要表現(xiàn)在:內容上,更換不及時且缺乏針對性及特色;形式上,版面設置缺乏科學性;功能上,缺乏互動平臺的搭建;家長參與度較差等。研究者從家長、教師及幼兒園管理三個方面分析了影響“家長園地”的創(chuàng)設和運用的各種因素。 最后,針對“家長園地”存在的問題,研究者從幼兒園管理、“家長園地”設計及運用兩大方面提出了改進建議,以期能有效的解決幼兒園“家長園地”的買效性問題,真正發(fā)揮“家長園地”在家園合作中的作用。
[Abstract]:"parents' Garden" is an important form of home cooperation in kindergarten. This paper takes "parents' Garden" as the research object, first introduces the background of the research, expounds the meaning of "parents' Garden", and discusses the significance of this study. Secondly, this paper expounds the theoretical basis of the research from the perspectives of psychology, pedagogy and sociology, and reviews the research on "parents' Garden" by domestic and foreign scholars from the aspects of form, content and function. Thirdly, the purpose of this study is to randomly select 17 kindergartens of different levels and types in 9 districts of Shanghai. Through observation, interview, physical analysis, form, name, content, function, change frequency, The influencing factors of function are collected and analyzed from the parents' garden of kindergarten. The results show that the development and optimization of the design and application of the "parents' Garden" are mainly manifested in the following aspects: the name is novel and innovative; the content is abundant, the language is cordial, and the needs of different parents can be taken into account; the design and layout pay attention to the exquisite nature. The color is bright, the appearance is novel and so on. The deficiencies in the design and application of "parents' Garden" are as follows: in content, the replacement is not timely, and lack of pertinence and characteristics; in form, the layout is not scientific; in function, there is a lack of the building of interactive platform; and the degree of parental participation is poor. The author analyzes the factors that affect the establishment and application of parent Garden from three aspects: parents, teachers and kindergarten management. Finally, in view of the problems existing in "parents' garden", the researcher puts forward some suggestions from two aspects of kindergarten management, design and application of "parents' garden", in order to effectively solve the problem of purchasing effect of "parents' garden" in kindergarten. Truly play the role of "parents garden" in home cooperation.
