鄭州市城市幼兒園開展科學(xué)教育活動(dòng)存在問(wèn)題及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】: 科學(xué)教育是基礎(chǔ)教育的重要組成部分。幼兒科學(xué)教育改革,已經(jīng)成為國(guó)際幼兒 教育研究的不可缺少的有機(jī)部分,而對(duì)幼兒科學(xué)教育目標(biāo)新層次的確立是重點(diǎn)和難 點(diǎn)。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)幼兒科學(xué)教育目標(biāo)的確認(rèn)經(jīng)歷了幾個(gè)階段,從建國(guó)以后到二 十世紀(jì)八十年代,由于長(zhǎng)期受到前蘇聯(lián)教育思想的影響,國(guó)內(nèi)幼兒園實(shí)施的是常識(shí) 教育,它的目標(biāo)主要是培養(yǎng)幼兒掌握自然科學(xué)知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn),其結(jié)果是幼兒園常識(shí)教 育成為教師講知識(shí)、幼兒學(xué)知識(shí)的小學(xué)化教育模式。二十世紀(jì)八十年末以后,逐漸 將常識(shí)教育調(diào)整為幼兒科學(xué)教育,并確立了幼兒科學(xué)教育的目標(biāo),包括科學(xué)知識(shí)和 經(jīng)驗(yàn)、科學(xué)方法和智力技能、情感和態(tài)度三個(gè)層次。隨著高科技時(shí)代的到來(lái),綜觀 國(guó)際幼兒科學(xué)教育的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),幼兒科學(xué)教育的目標(biāo)已不能適應(yīng)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)、信息時(shí) 代對(duì)幼兒教育培養(yǎng)人才標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求,必須進(jìn)行深入的研究和調(diào)整。 實(shí)施幼兒科學(xué)教育,教師是關(guān)鍵。目前,大多數(shù)教師的科學(xué)意識(shí)、科學(xué)知識(shí)、 科學(xué)的能力方法存在著很大的差距,己經(jīng)成為制約鄭州市乃至全國(guó)幼兒科學(xué)教育的 重要因素,需要通過(guò)行之有效的機(jī)制和手段,盡快建立一支高素質(zhì)的教師隊(duì)伍。 本文從幼兒科學(xué)教育的定義作為切入點(diǎn),,分析時(shí)代發(fā)展對(duì)幼兒科學(xué)教育的要求, 借鑒國(guó)外和我國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)幼兒科學(xué)教育的先進(jìn)思想和經(jīng)驗(yàn),反思了傳統(tǒng)常識(shí)教育的 局限,對(duì)幼兒科學(xué)教育目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了新的確認(rèn),即把培養(yǎng)幼兒關(guān)心愛(ài)護(hù)環(huán)境的積極情 感和對(duì)自然、科學(xué)的正確態(tài)度作為主要目標(biāo),同時(shí)培養(yǎng)幼兒學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)的方法和技能, 幫助幼兒獲取豐富的科學(xué)知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)幼兒科學(xué)教育的內(nèi)容和方法 進(jìn)行研究。 本文著重分析了鄭州市城市幼兒科學(xué)教育存在的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)解決這些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行 研究分析,提出初步的對(duì)策。 本文共分成三個(gè)部分。 第一部分:?jiǎn)栴}的提出。主要包括:幼兒科學(xué)教育的涵義;幼兒科學(xué)教育的理 論基礎(chǔ):國(guó)外和我國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)幼兒科學(xué)教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)介紹與啟示;反思傳統(tǒng)常識(shí)教育的 局限。 第二部分:鄭州市城市幼兒園幼兒科學(xué)教育活動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查和分析。幼兒科學(xué)教 育缺乏統(tǒng)一的目標(biāo)和課程內(nèi)容。受傳統(tǒng)教育思想的制約,缺乏對(duì)幼兒科學(xué)教育活動(dòng) 1 的正確認(rèn)識(shí);各級(jí)教育主管部門缺乏對(duì)幼兒科學(xué)教育統(tǒng)一認(rèn)識(shí)和要求。一些教師不 具備進(jìn)行幼兒科學(xué)教育活動(dòng)能力和基本要求,急需進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)I。教師職前教育的缺陷 和不足制約著幼兒科學(xué)教育活動(dòng)的開展。 第三部分:鄭州市城市幼兒園科學(xué)教育對(duì)策研究。主要包括:幼兒科學(xué)教育的 目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、方法、評(píng)價(jià)及教師的素養(yǎng)等。
