【摘要】：在近年來(lái)的美國(guó)學(xué)前教育發(fā)展中,州政府逐漸承擔(dān)更多積極、直接的責(zé)任,成為學(xué)前教育服務(wù)的主要提供者和實(shí)際執(zhí)行者,而聯(lián)邦政府則將力量更多地集中于間接作用的發(fā)揮,如確立政策導(dǎo)向、維護(hù)教育體系統(tǒng)一性和均衡性、提升教育質(zhì)量。兩級(jí)政府客觀上的責(zé)任分化、角色和工作重點(diǎn)的有效分工,促進(jìn)了美國(guó)學(xué)前教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the development of pre-school education in the United States, the state government has gradually assumed more positive and direct responsibilities, becoming the main provider and practical executor of pre-school education services, while the federal government has concentrated more on the indirect role. Such as establishing policy guidance, maintaining the unity and balance of the education system, and improving the quality of education. The objective responsibilities of the two levels of government and the effective division of roles and priorities have promoted the development of preschool education in the United States.
