【摘要】：文章利用對西藏自治區(qū)教育廳、拉薩市各縣(區(qū))教體局及10余所區(qū)、市、縣幼兒園的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),分析了西藏學(xué)前教育的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題。并從大力發(fā)展普惠性幼兒園、加強(qiáng)幼教師資隊伍培養(yǎng)和建設(shè)、完善西藏幼兒雙語教材編寫、完善政府職能和成立學(xué)前教育專管部門等方面提出了發(fā)展策略。
[Abstract]:The present situation and existing problems of preschool education in Tibet are analyzed by using the investigation data of the Education Department of Tibet Autonomous region, Lhasa County (District) Education Bureau and more than 10 districts, cities and counties. The development strategies are put forward from the aspects of developing inclusive kindergartens, strengthening the training and construction of preschool teachers, perfecting the compilation of bilingual textbooks for young children in Tibet, perfecting the functions of the government and setting up specialized departments for preschool education.
