沈陽市幼兒園不同年級幼兒體質(zhì)測試與評價等級的研究

【摘要】:通過對沈陽市幼兒園小班、中班和大班幼兒的體質(zhì)測試,分析不同年級幼兒的體質(zhì)狀況及年齡變化的體質(zhì)指標特征,并針對幼兒園小班、中班和大班幼兒的不同體質(zhì)水平,建立較為科學的評價等級體系,為我國幼兒園不同年級幼兒體育活動的開展和幼兒體質(zhì)等級的評價等提供理論與實踐依據(jù)。結(jié)果表明:(1)隨著年齡的增長,幼兒的身高、體重均逐漸增加,靈敏性素質(zhì)逐漸提高,肌肉力量和協(xié)調(diào)能力逐漸增強,平衡能力逐漸增強。(2)幼兒園小班、中班和大班幼兒同性別相同指標測試結(jié)果間均具有非常顯著的差異,為幼兒園不同年級幼兒制定不同的體質(zhì)評價等級標準提供了依據(jù)。(3)根據(jù)統(tǒng)計學百分位數(shù)法劃分評價等級標準,選擇各體質(zhì)指標第10、25、75、90百分位點測試結(jié)果制定的幼兒體質(zhì)指標五級評價等級體系,對我國幼兒園不同年級幼兒體質(zhì)等級的評價等具有非常重要的應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Based on the physique test of small class, middle class and large class in Shenyang kindergarten, this paper analyzes the physique status of children in different grades and the characteristics of physical index of age change, and aims at the different physique level of small class, middle class and large class of kindergarten. The establishment of a more scientific evaluation system provides theoretical and practical basis for the development of physical activities and the evaluation of physical fitness of children in different grades of kindergartens in China. The results showed that: (1) with the increase of age, the height and weight of children increased gradually, the quality of sensitivity gradually increased, the ability of muscle strength and coordination gradually increased, and the ability of balance gradually increased. There were significant differences between the test results of middle class and large class children with the same gender indicators. It provides a basis for the establishment of different grades of physical fitness evaluation for children of different grades in kindergartens. (3) according to the statistical percentile method, the evaluation grade standard is divided. It is very important to select the five-grade evaluation grade system of infant physique index, which is based on the test result of 1025 / 7590 percentile point of every constitution index, which has very important application value to the evaluation of children's physique grade in different grades of kindergarten in our country.
